Undertake daily ward round ensuring patients are visited where appropriate;

Conduct training sessions for nursing stuffs and health workers for delivering

Interaction with patient attendants to brief them about current status, anticipated
recovery and any other specific issues or problems;
Record and maintain disease profile and submit it to weekly and monthly
meeting with authorities and stuffs of the organization;
Assisting the Hospital Director in planning and organizing both administrative
