� IDB Group President Dr. Ahmad Mohamed Ali launched the
Innovation Program by calling a Town-Hall meeting with all staff
� The Advisors of the President closely monitor the program
� The program is placed under the Office of the President

� The ground work for the innovation program was started in April 2010
with the appointment of the Innovation Facilitator.
� On June 6, 2010, The President launched the program inviting all staff

in a town hall gathering. All the Senior Management were present in
that meeting.
� The Town-hall was a big blast as it introduced few new items for IDB:- A week-long electronic promotions of the event
- Colorful Banners along with bulb cuts
- Video interviews of the staff on innovation
- Presentation of IDB’s own innovation case studies
- A multimedia show
- The plans for Innovation@IDBG
