Report on 4 th ISE Satellite Student Regional Symposium on Electrochemistry in Ukraine, Kyiv, May 15 th , 2019 On May 15th, 2019 Kyiv National University of Technology and Design (KNUTD) hosted the 4 th Student Satellite Regional Symposium of the International Electrochemical Society (ISE) "Promising Materials and Processes in Applied Electrochemistry". The Symposium was visited by over 70 scientists from 4 countries (Ukraine, Poland, Greece, Republic of Belarus). The Symposium was opened, with welcoming words to young scholars by KNUTD rector, prof. Ivan Gryshchenko, Dean of the Faculty of Chemical and Biopharmaceutical Technologies Olha Baula and Head of the Department for Electrochemical Power Engineering & Chemistry, prof. Viacheslav Barsukov. Everyone noted a great role of the Symposium for the scientists of different generations, as well as high scientific level of these already regular events during the last fourth years. The plenary lecture on nanomaterials and their application was represented by Prof. Emmanouel Koudoumas (Hellenic Mediterranean University, Heraklion, Crete Island, Greece). After that young scientists have presented their oral and poster presentations and answered the questions.
