Once all parties execute a power purchase agreement, PES will �nance all upfront development costs and capital expenditures associated with the new power system installation or expansion project. Mine operators will then purchase all consumed electricity as the power o�-taker.

PES works with multiple power technology providers to design systems using di�erent hybrid energy generation sources, including solar, wind, hydro, and fuel cells. Determining the optimal mix of the energy source, combined with a power storage system, often depends on details of the daily and yearly variation in electrical loads, �uctuations in the weather pattern and speci�c project requirements.

In-country EPC contractors will conduct all installations, O&M and post-sales support to ensure mine operators are completely satis�ed with their systems. In addition, all systems have remote monitoring and Fast Response Teams to ensure systems stay online 24hrs per day.

Turn-key Solutions

Turn-key renewable power solutions will help to save mine operators 25% to 75% of their OpEx (operating expenditures) and PES will provide 100% of the CapEx (capital expenditures) required for solution implementation.

PES will create �nancial models to determine a viable kilowatt/hr rate to be applied to the “long-term” power purchase agreement and present for execution

Parties execute agreements to power mining operations with renewable energy solutions and to share mine location data
