M5 over the River Exe, east of Exeter. It is 692m long, composed of two independent externally post tensioned concrete box girders.

• In 2016 during an inspection, a number of post-tensioning strands were found to have broken, Further investigations found significant defects. What followed was a series of safeguarding works, weight restrictions, and finally strengthening.
