Full Service Capability – Extensive Industry Sector Experience

Our lawyers have the skills and experience to handle a broad range of matters throughout the Middle East across the full spectrum of practice areas and industry sectors. Our extensive local corporate practice advises on the full range of commercial law issues including corporate structuring and restructuring, governance and other services for national, regional and international clients. Among its other credentials, Squire Sanders is one of the most experienced firms with respect to government restructuring and privatization, and one of the most successful representing clients in international dispute resolution. We are also widely recognized as a go-to practice in the telecommunications sector, and have represented major players including governments and governmental authorities, incumbent operators, bidding consortia and new market entrants in Saudi Arabia, throughout the MENA region and around the world.

Global Support

We have built a network of offices and associated independent firms in strategic locations around the world with lawyers collectively fluent in more than 40 languages and admitted to practice in more than 140 courts and jurisdictions. In addition to its own offices and independent network firms, Squire Sanders has developed established relationships with local counsel in key locations to augment available resources in those jurisdictions. For clients based in the Middle East, you can expect quality solution-driven legal services to support your business anywhere across the MENA region or around the world.
