RAISTEC-PMC has grown to become one of the most established project
management firms, manages projects in Delhi/NCR and is currently expanding its operations
into pan India with other destinations planned for the near future. Whether a project is in
the initial stages or development has already begun, Raistec has the resources, expertise

MEET OUR TEAM
Mr.Rajesh Rai (M.D, CEO)
The Company is headed by Mr. Rajesh K Rai. He is a young Entrepreneur, with
abundant vision and has been specifically appointed to develop the company in Key areas.
He has executed many jobs himself and is fully aware of the Project Management
Techniques and project execution.
Mr.RAI having more than 12years experience in project management service for civil
construction and corporate office interior projects, he is 1999 batch graduate pass out also
completed master degree in Information Technology from Allahabad Agriculture University
and PGPPM in Construction Project Management from NICMAR-Pune. He has much more
experience in project planning and execution of fast-track projects. His ability to maintain
product quality on time bound project execution.
Ms.Richa (HEAD-H.R AND ADMIN)
Ms.RICHA is the Head Human Resource and Administration of the Company &
having experience of 10years in office administration and resource management. She is
involved in the management of the Company ever since its inception and played an active
role in its development. She is managing the affairs of staff and labour simultaneously also
she manages the site work and make sure that the work is done as per guidelines provided
by the management and also responsible for the progress of the work at site.
Mr.Nand Kumar (WORKING COORDINATOR)
Mr.KUMAR specializes in mergers and acquisitions, derivatives, corporate and
financial laws, International business laws and international commercial arbitration. He is
also closely associated with two charitable organizations in India.

coordination and progress meetings and design workshops. Our project management plans
define the measurable attributes of each project: the client’s goals, project scope, site
constraints and opportunities, preliminary project program, scope of professional services,
process for delivery of professional services, project budget and the project schedule. Our
monitoring procedures include weekly project meetings and monthly project performance

QUANTITY SURVEYING
The main job of our Quantity Surveying team is construction cost control and
therefore ultimately to save the developer money. Raistec Project Managements Quantity
Surveying team estimates and monitors construction costs, from the feasibility stage of a
project through to the completion of the construction period and beyond if required.
At the feasibility stage we use our knowledge of construction methods and costs to
advise the developer on the most economical way of achieving project
requirements.

We can use techniques referred to as Cost Planning, Estimating, Cost Analysis, Cost-
in-use Studies and Value Management to establish and control a project budget.
We provide a Bill of Quantities (BOQ’s) that are measured from design drawings and
are essential for tendering or negotiating building costs, for progress payments, for
variations and changes to the contract and ultimately for statistics, taxation and
valuation.
During construction our quantity surveyors are called on to fairly value "Progress
Payments" at regular intervals.
They will also value changes to design or quantities which may arise by reference to
appropriate Bill of Quantities rates. The contractor’s quantity surveyor/contract
administrator will have prepared claims for progress payments and additional work.
When construction is complete our quantity surveyors can produce depreciation
schedules of the various project components and advise on realistic insurance
replacement costs.
