2. 2. Blogging During my research and planning stage of production I used Blogger as the basis for all my blogging tasks. On Blogger I have use a variety of different digital technology in order to complete our required tasks, this has exposed me to a world of technology that is completely new to me and in doing so has expanded my experience on the internet. PRE-PRODUCTION RESEARCH AND PLANNING I so learned how to use Apple Motion, Final Cut Pro and an JVC Pro Camera which proved to be very useful during the process of making our opening.
3. 3. Technologies I have used When I have used them Vimeo Embed video to put on blog post on Blogger, also to put movie opening on the internet. YouTube Used to put trailers of movies on blog posts to improve analysis e.g. Analysis of 3 films with different audiences, Storylines and Plots in Teen Films (Ferris Buellers Day Off) Camtasia We researched the types of films and characters members of the public enjoyed, to do so we interviewed people of various age ranges in order to get a wide perspective. We created a video on Camtasia to compile all the information we collected into one place. Gifs (Memecenter, Google, Tumblr) Throughout the blog I have used Gifs in order to add movement to my blog posts and so make it more interesting. I found interesting Gifs from Google and Tumblr, I also found that I can create Gifs at Memecenter on the internet if the Gif I wanted was too specific. Such as on my review of Boyz in the hood Prezi I used this as a way of making my presentations more interesting. Examples way I have used this; The writ up for Bling Ring. Time toast At the very start of filming we researched the order of titles in a movie, we used time toast as a timeline to organize the titles and put them in order. Go Animate During research of Order of titles I decided to do an individual blog post in order to liven up the topic, I used Go Animate to create an animation with a story in order to tell the Order of Titles Sound Cloud Used to find music for our film and where we found the song All Falls Down REMIX as the background music for our whole movie. Voki In my blog post on our Distribution Ident I used Voki as a voice over to describe how I created it on Final Cut Pro and Motion.
4. 4. PRODUCTION - FILMING During the filming of our opening technologies were not as important as the planning, mise en scene etc. However we used a JVC Pro Camera to film in order to make our final product look more professional.
5. 5. Final Cut Pro was used to produce our film opening and was also used to create our Distribution and Production Ident. Apple Motion played a part in creating both our Distribution and Production Ident also. POST- PRODUCTION - EDITING
