    Romnia a adoptat Strategia pe termen mediu i scurtprivind formarea profesional continu

    Reprezentanii Ministerului Muncii, Solidaritii Sociale i Familiei din Romnia, MinisteruluiEducaiei din Danemarca i Delegaiei Comisiei Europene au nchis pe 23 septembrie 2005 proiectul

    de nfrire instituional Sprijin pentru formare profesional continu. Proiectul a beneficiat de ofinanare de 1 milion de Euro n cadrul Programului Phare 2002. Colaborarea dintre parteneriiromni i danezi a avut drept rezultat adoptarea strategiei naionale pe termen mediu i scurtprivind formarea profesional continu.

    Principalele rezultate ale proiectului sunt urmtoarele: Strategia pe termen mediu i scurt privind formarea profesional continu 2005-2010, aprobat

    prin Hotrrea de Guvern nr. 875/2005, publicat n Monitorul Oficial nr. 787 din 17 august 2005; Instruirea a peste 400 de formatori i manageri de instituii de formare din toate regiunile rii; Suport pentru crearea comitetului sectorial n construcii al Autoritii Naionale a Calificrilor;

    10 publicaii, care au contribuit la diseminarea obiectivelori rezultatelor proiectului ctre principalii

    actori implicai.

    Mai mult, Ministerul Muncii i-a asumat rspunderea elaborrii i implementrii unei baze de dateinformatizate cu cei mai importani furnizori de formare profesional continu, pentru a crea o imagine deansamblu privind oferta i posibilitile de instruire. Aceast baze de date a fost creati este n etapa detestare.

    Uniunea European acord Romniei expertiz i sprijin financiar n vederea pregtirii pentru aderare, prin programe specifice:Phare, Ispa i Sapard. Sectoarele beneficiare variaz de la dezvoltare regional i sprijin pentru IMM-uri, pn la investiii ninfrastructura de mediu i transport i dezvoltare rural.Suma anual total a fondurilor nerambursabile acordate Romniei prin cele trei programe este n cretere, de la cca 660 demilioane de Euro n 2003, la peste un miliard de Euro n 2006. Gestionarea acestor fonduri este realizat de autoritile romne deresort, sub coordonarea Ministerului Finanelor Publice.

    Romania has adopted its short and medium termStrategy for Continuing Vocational Training

    On September 23rd 2005, the Twinning Project Support for Continuing Vocational Training wasjointly closed by representatives of the Romanian Ministry of Labour, Social Solidarity and Family,Danish Ministry of Education, and European Commission Delegation. The project was financed with1 million Euros under the 2002 Phare Programme. The collaboration between the Romanian andDanish partners resulted into the adoption of the short and medium term national strategy in thearea of vocational training.

    The overall achievements of the project are the following:

    Short and medium term strategy for continuing vocational training 20052010 approved by theGovernment Decision no. 875/2005, published in the Official Journal no. 787 from August 17, 2005;

    Training of over 400 trainers and managers of training institutions from all over the country;

    Support for the establishment of the sectoral committee in constructions of the National QualificationAuthority;

    10 publications, which helped disseminate the project objectives and results to the relevantstakeholders

    Additionally, the Ministry of Labour, Social Solidarity, and Family decided to take the responsibility todevelop and implement a web-based database covering main training providers, in order to have full pictureof the training offer and possibilities. The database has been designed and is currently being tested.

    The European Union supports Romania with expertise and financial resources in view of accession preparation, through threespecific programmes: Phare, Ispa and Sapard. The beneficiary sectors vary from regional development and SME support, toinvestments in transport and environmental infrastructure and rural development.The total annual amount of funds allocated to Romania through the three pre-accession programmes is increasing from about 660MEURO in 2003 to well over 1 billion in 2006. The management of these funds is done by the Romanian authorities, under thecoordination of the Ministry for European integration.
