As we commence 2011 I can now look back at a year that developed far beyond our expectations. Experiencing 25% growth in a global security market that is still very much affected by the recession feels very encouraging as we start a new year. This strong growth would not have been possible if it would not have been for all of you. Our existing customer base has continued to show their loyalty and commitment to Pacom by upgrading their systems to GMS 4, and taking advantage of our modular Controller platform, the Pacom 8001. We are also proud to announce the inclusion of several new customers during the past year into the Pacom network. These include esteemed names such as Banco Sabadell, Bankinter, Jerusalem Bank, AttijariWafa Bank Europe, Washington Trust, Électricité de France (EDF), Electricity Supply Board (ESB), Origin Energy, An Post and EMUASA. Our network of skilled Value Added Resellers have also been leading the way with Pacom solutions in new market segments and have received training on our new solutions platform. Apart from business in our traditionally strong market segments, including bank & finance, utilities and government, we have also witnessed an ever increasing interest in Remote Managed Services (RMS). We still have a way to go in terms of educating the market on the benefits of RMS, but as IP cameras start to take a solid grip of the surveillance camera market, I’m certain that RMS is going to be the name of the game in the future. Thank you everybody, customers as well as partners, for making last year so successful. We are now looking forward to continue this growth journey with you in 2011. Thanks to everybody for the trust you have shown in Pacom during the past year.

Apart from business in our traditionally strong market segments, including bank & finance, utilities and government, we

have also witnessed an ever increasing interest in Remote Managed Services (RMS).

CEO Introduction

Propagating Pacom to you.

Pacom recently held several product and solutions seminars in Dallas, Texas for the benefit of visitors to the ASIS International annual seminar.

Pacom’s managed security solutions, tried and trusted software and purpose-designed hardware products, as well as sneak previews of soon to be released web-based technolo-gies, had a diverse range of partners and visitors excited about the future of Pacom security technology.

Pacom Feature Highlight:

URL Support

GMS supports URL (uniform resource locators) links, similar to web page hyperlinks. These can be used with a wide variety of applications, such as opening web pages, documents and even run batch files.

URLs offer a new dimension of interoperability for GMS operators, where simply clicking a hyperlink on a site map or response procedure can open a separate, related resource in an instant.

Wireless Access Control using Assa Abloy Aperio Technology

Aperio is a technology developed by ASSA ABLOY to upgrade mechanical doors and wirelessly connect them to the Pacom access control system.

GMS v4.06 and higher enables customers to connect up to 64 Aperio devices per 8001 Field Controller. Compared with a conventional wired access controlled door, installing an Aperio embedded product gives users a much lower price per door.

For more details, refer to the Aperio integration datasheet on our web site.

BBVA; celebrating 2000 Pacom equipped branches and counting! BBVA (Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria) is the 7th largest financial institution in the Western world and, with over 3000 branches in Spain alone, BBVA now operates in over 40 countries.

www.pacom.com Page2

Pacom has now been installed at over 2000 BBVA branches in Spain. In 2008 Pacom was selected by BBVA as the system of choice and, since this time, three different system integrators (Niscayah, Gunnebo and Pycseca) have been installing an average of 40 sites per week.

BBVA have embraced the Pacom solution where it is used to centrally manage and monitor alarms and video. Branches are equipped with Pacom site equipment, where the corporate network is primarily used to communicate data back to a fully redundant control room in real-time. Pacom’s Graphical Management System (GMS) software is used by a team of operators for real-time monitoring and bidirectional management of the system.

A number of customizations have been developed to suit the BBVA environment. Integration has been performed to enable video wall management, where operators can control video through the GMS software and launch it on a specific monitor when there is an event. A high level interface was developed to support the LanAccess OnSafe DVRs and enable full field-level interaction between the Pacom Controller and the video

recorder. Enhancements have also been made to GMS to facilitate automated dialling of branch keyholders and contacts via the BBVA VoIP system, and an interface was created with the bank’s internal cash withdrawal fraud detection system.

Senior management within BBVA also take advantage of the Pacom Security Portal. This web-based portal enables a snapshot of the entire security system to be displayed and interpreted using intuitive graphs, charts and gauges. All system information can be explored further using the built-in reporting engine.

Pacom is now installed at BBVA locations throughout Spain, Peru, Chile, USA, Mexico, Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina and roll-outs are scheduled at more locations. “Pacom are a great organization to work with and we are very happy with the results they have helped us achieve over the past two years”, said Mr. Cesar Bilbao, Director of Security for BBVA. “It is partnerships like these that enable us to confidently propose a standard solution to our other facilities around the world.”

Customer Profile: GMFCUGeneral Mills Federal Credit Union (GMFCU) has recently upgraded its security system, including keyless technologies, using Pacom and Case & Associates to implement a complete integration and management solution.

The General Mills Federal Credit Union (GMFCU) in Minnetonka, Minnesota, provides a secure financial partner for General Mills employees and their families, with assets in excess of $267M. In an effort to improve overall security, GMFCU recently upgraded its security system with the help of Pacom Systems and Case & Associates. This included using Pacom GMS to manage a keyless entry system for the entire facility.

Danielle Konrad-Arthur, Compliance Security Of-ficer at GMFCU says “We are very pleased with the security solution provided by Case and Pacom. It makes the management and monitoring of our entire facility much easier. Also, by upgrading to the latest Pacom GMS software, we know we are deploying the best security technology available to protect our employees, customers and assets.”

The Pacom keyless system helps access manage-ment for authorized employees and works with the credit union’s time clock to ensure that all doors and vaults are properly monitored and controlled, including auto-lock functions to front doors and vault. Keyless entry and automated card reader access control solutions are becoming very popular in the business community, where secure facilities and employee accountability is a must. An example of cost benefits of the system is that In the past, if a key was lost, the entire locking system may have to be re-keyed or replaced. Now, if an employee misplaces a key fob, it can be easily deactivated and a new fob issued. Case & Associates of Minnesota, have been pro-viding new and used banking equipment since 1986 and have a solid reputation with hundreds of well known global financial institutions. They

are familiar with Pacom solutions, having worked with Pacom on several financial market security systems. “We have worked with Pacom for a number of years and have found their products and software solutions have the flexibility and reliability that our customers demand in their security systems,” said Grant Case, President of Case & Associates. “General Mills Federal Credit Union needed a more efficient way to protect its property and to ensure that all of its entry doors and other secure areas were safe.”

Hugh White, Vice President of Sales for Pacom Americas says “Remote access control solutions are becoming more and more popular in financial markets as companies are expanding their daily monitoring operations to include hundreds of remote locations with thousands of secure entry points. Flexibility, ease of use, interoperability, reli-ability, high-performance and cost-effectiveness are the product attributes that customers are demanding. Pacom’s GMS 4 can easily handle those requests.”

Northumbria University Grows with Pacomwww.northumbria.ac.uk

Northumbria University is the largest research and teaching university in North-East England. It is a high-tech facility, hosting 3000 staff and 35,000 students.

Pacom was selected as the system of choice for managing access control at the university and was first rolled out in 2002 in the two campus libraries - a total of 20 card readers. Since then the solution has grown to over 400 card readers across 20 buildings and a database in excess of 50,000 users.

The Pacom system is integrated with a Bell ID ANDiS smart card system that goes well beyond access control only. Some of the benefits of this system integration is the flexibility for users to use the one card for a multitude of applications. For example, membership to various university facilities, such as library acess, including recording and tracking library resources (book loans, etc); sports centre and student union membership.

The solution has been so well received that there are further plans for expansion. The future is likely to see the system being used as an electronic payment system (e-purse) for purchases made on campus, and for student lecture attendance and record keeping.

Carol Thompson is the Service Manager at Northumbria University and this is what she has to say about the solution:

"We are extremely impressed with the robustness of the Pacom system and its ability to handle the heavy traffic we experience, particularly during enrolment, without any detrimental impact on the University’s network. It is also an extremely flexible system allowing us to easily control access to all areas from those of high security, such as machine rooms, to areas where most users can have access at varying times, including 24 x 7 access to some buildings. It has proved to be a cost-effective system to manage and I have immediate access to reports and statistics when required".
