Art Smart - Kindergarten December - Children’s Work Roles Project Idea: T-shirt on Clothes Line Materials Needed: White paper or card stock with t-shirt stencil Pencils Markers Scissors Yarn/String Clothe pins Instructions: You will want to talk to your teacher in advance about displaying this project. This project is based on Thanobe’s “Monday, Washing Day”. You will give the children a sheet of white card stock with the outline of a t-shirt copied on it. The students are asked to draw their own favorite t-shirt using pencils at first, then markers. It could be a shirt with their favorite team, character or animal on it. After class the volunteers cut out the shirts and display them together on a piece of yarn with clothes pins.
