Mass media supports the nutrition field, to direct the public’s nutrition-related behaviors to healthier ways.

On avrege people:-view15 television food advertisements every day -98% of which are low in nutritional value. -Only 2% of advertisements are about fruits and vegetables.

Preschoolers liked the taste of foods and beverages significantly more when they were placed in McDonald’s packaging compared to the same foods in plain packaging.
