BAP&M - To organize the requirements effort, including resources, monitoring, project coordination, and managing changes. The tasks in this area govern the performance of all other business analysis tasks.

Elicitation - To bring out requirements from stakeholder to identify and understand their needs and concerns.

RM&C - to achieve a shared understanding and agreement on solution scope. It refers to manage conflicts, issues, changes, to communicate, to trace.

EA - to identify Business needs and analyze the Gaps. Propose Solution Scope to address the need and Develop the Business Case to evaluate the benefits for the organization
