4. Hold business training lectures on equipment installation, commissioning, operation and technical maintenance for the customer as per contract requirements;

5. Strengthen the pre-sales, in-process and after-sales services to implement “24h service”, “preventive service”, “complete-process service” and "full-life service” for the complete process of product manufacturing, installation, commissioning and over-whelming maintenance;

6. After receiving the quality issues from customer, reply or send service personnel within 24 hours to arrive in site in the first time. Continue to serve the customers until they are satisfied; and

7. Satisfy the customer's requirements on standby and spare parts. Under any circumstance, the supplier shall not place the customer in a difficult position by any reason.

Introduction of major products • For the product within the series of 12kV-24kV, the current major

leading product is middle-placed KYN28 series of product. That is the most widely accepted product in the current markets. Our products range from 1250A-4000A for rated current and 31.5kA-50kA for rated short-circuit breaking current. After testing, they all satisfy the national grid requirements. In addition, our company has developed intelligent miniature KXD-12(Z) product to meet the requirements of intelligent grid.

• For the product within the 40.5kVseries, the current major leading product is grounded KYN61 series of product. That is the most widely accepted product in the current markets. Our product ranges from 1250A-2500A for rated current with 31.5kA rated short-circuit current. After testing, they all satisfy the national grid requirements. In addition, our company has developed KXD-40.5(Z) intelligent middle-placed high voltage switchgear to satisfy the requirements of intelligent grid.

• KYN28-12 coordinating VSK-12, KYN61A-40.5 coordinating ZN85A-40.5P vacuum circuit breaker and HD4 circuit breaker complete the following testing items:

Introduction of major products• 1 Among which, its vacuum break withstands voltage upto to 48kV/85kV which is higher than the

national standard requirement of 42kV/75KV. • 2. Rated short-time withstand current and peak-value withstand current test. • 3. Making and breaking test Among which, 4000-40 and 4000-50 product breaks for 30 times under

full capacity. For the rest 5 types, they can break for over 50 times under full capacity which is far more than the standard requirements for national grid in China.

• 4. Out-of-phase earthing fault tests • 5. Switching no-load cable and long-line test. Switching current by 50A for 96 times which is double of

national standard. • 6. Temperature-rise test to be 1.1 times of rated current. • 7. Mechanical life test. Among which, 4000-40 and 4000-50 has mechanical life of 10,000 times and the

30,000 times for the rest 5 types of products. • 8. Internal malfunction arcing test • 9. Switching capacitor bank test • 10. Electromagnet compatibility test

Introduction of major products

• At present, our product is able to be coordinate the intelligent substation to realize motor promotion, motor switching earthing switch, on-line monitor, electronic transformer and other functions.

• For 12kV product by our company, it has passed high altitude test by 4,000 meters. For latest multiple years, the research of high-altitude technology makes our second generation of high altitude products to lead in the industry on technology. They have won good reputation in high-altitude regions.

• For the moving door of switchgear, its interlocking technology is very advanced. The moving door cannot be opened by hand directly to guarantee the human safety.

• The sectional area of earthing circuit is over 240m�. All the observing windows adopt 10mm-thickness tempered glass and shielded by external hood.

Introduction of major products

• Our KYN61 has developed into 3 series, i.e. regular, plateau and miniature types. Among which, it motivates our technical technology on high-altitude domains. In 2009, the 2nd generation of high-altitude product by 2,500m is developed and passed the type test. In 2011, the 3rd generation of high-altitude product by 4,000m and passed the type tests. That is the 1st product which passes type tests by altitude of 4,000m. For latest multiple years, the research of high-altitude technology makes our 3rd generation of high altitude products to lead in the industry on technology. They have won good reputation in high-altitude regions. In addition, miniature intelligent KXD-40.5 product is customized developed for intelligent grid.

Introduction of major products

• Our low-voltage product is applicable to AC 50/60Hz power system with rated operating voltage of 1000V and less. It is used for the control of electric conversion between generation, transmission and distribution and electric energy consumption equipment. All the products have passed type tests and 3C certification. Through continuous improvement during the latest multiple years, our product is applicable to altitude of 4,000m which is leading level in China.
