Please check the following information carefully regarding Presentation Evening on Thursday Dec 7, Costa Hall. The evening promises to be a wonderful celebration of the gifts and talents of the Junior students. Your help with seating allocation and student collection at the end of the night will be greatly appreciated. This note contains detailed information regarding this.

Please note, there is no entry admission required.

Uniform Requirements:String Students, Year 4 selected vocalists and award recipients:Girls: summer uniform, jumper, school socks at ankle length, clean black shoes and hair tied back with plain navy ribbonsBoys: summer uniform, jumper, school socks (pulled up), clean black shoes

Arrival Time: String students and selected Year 4 vocalists to arrive at Costa Hall no later than

6.30pm (Instruments will have been left at Costa Hall after the day’s rehearsal)*Please make your way into the Green Room to meet Rebecca Bertoncello

All Junior students are expected to arrive at 6.40pm.

Arrival Meeting Places:

*Reminder: all students Prep – 3 may arrive and stay in costume for the evening EXCEPT if students are award recipients. Year 4 students will all require full summer uniform (stated above) for Graduation at the conclusion of the evening.

Prep students: Parents are asked to bring Prep students to the Stage door (corridor on the right side of the main foyer entrance). Staff will then collect students and take to the Green Room.

Year 1 students: Parents are asked to bring Year 1 students into the auditorium (right side door entry) where students will be seated in rows S,R and Q.

Year 2 students: Parents are asked to bring Year 2 students into the auditorium (right side door entry) where students will be seated in rows N and M.

Year 3 students: Parents are asked to bring Year 3 students into the auditorium (right side door entry) where students will be seated in rows P and O.

*Please note: for Prep, Year 1, Year 2 and Year 3 award recipients, (families have been notified of award recipients) please arrive wearing full summer uniform, enter the right hand doors into the auditorium where staff will meet you and collect your child. Costume to be brought along on the night/ alternative arrangements with homeroom teacher.

Year 4 students: Parents are asked to bring Year 4 students to the Stage door (corridor on the right side of the main foyer entrance). Staff will then collect students and take to the Green Room. *Staff will advise Year 4 award recipients when uniform/costume will be required to be worn.

Seating:Parents are asked to check the seating plan for the theatre prior to arrival, ensuring that ‘block out’ rows are adhered to. Balcony areas will also be opened for the evening. Staff would appreciate your help with this.

Pick up at conclusion of evening: Due to the large amount of students being collected at the conclusion of the evening, we have designated ‘pick up’ areas for year levels. Parents are asked (and will be reminded on the evening) to remain seated until students are moved into collection areas. Please make contact with staff before collecting students.
