Alumni Engagement?
Alumni Relations Conference- India
Fully Functional Alumni Office
Alumni Data : We need to have latest data and
professional information about our Alumni Network to
engage them in an organized fashion.
Regular Communication: We need to have official Alumni
communication channels in place to know Alumni
Preferences and build a strong connection with them.
HR: We need to have a team in place to strategize,
plan and organize various Alumni Engagement
Programs and activities on a periodic basis.

Alumni Engagement
“ It is important to engage with Alumni in a constructive and meaningful
manner which in turn creates some value for Alumni, the current students
or the faculty.”

How can the school use
its existing Resources for

Alumni Engagement Benefits
for the Current Students
Students are always more
responsive to these programs
as they feel that they can
relate to Alumni more than to
faculty or a counselor.
Students have the
opportunity to have one-
on-one interactive sessions
with Alumni and get
answers to their doubts
and queries
Alumni can help students
understand what factors to
consider while deciding
their career/college based
on their prior experience.
Alumni and students work
together in a Mentor-Mentee
Relationship, where the
students have a Mentor to
guide them through the
important professional
decisions in life.
