FCSR Webbing

How does FCSR work?FCSR is a simple but highly effective method of securing pouches to webbing belts, whilst giving the user more comfort and flexibility than standard webbing sets.

FCSR Utility PouchLined with nylon to increase durability. MOLLE on the lid and sides for small accessory pouches or the FCSR dump pouch. The side MOLLE has a single vertical strip to allow utility pouches to be joined to each other, increasing the stability of the rig. Fixed female side release buckle for opening and closing with a Velcro tab for extra security. Velcro can be silenced by folding over an internal tab.

Also available with PVC Lining to further increase durability, including storm hood to give extra protection to contents.

FCSR Yoke

Dedicated to the FCSR system, this yoke features a unique S shape strap for improved comfort with a sternum strap. MOLLE loops on the front of the shoulder straps allow pouches to be attached. 6 webbing tails with elastic strap tidy loops to attach it to all belt order platforms. The back mesh pocket can hold a 3L hydration bladder and when not in use the excess mesh tucks up behind itself. Grab handle on the back.

FCSR Belt

Rigger belt that uses a lightweight metal Cobra buckle for quick closure and opening. Velcro strip that runs round the belt ensures secure grip on the FCSR pouches. Triangle Ring for emergency load bearing application. Elastic loop to tidy the webbing end when the belt has been adjusted to waist size.

FCSR MOLLE Utility

MOLLE on the front and sides for small accessory pouches and the single vertical strip to allow utility pouches to be joined to each other, increasing the stability. Zip open and closure to keep contents secure. Medium will fit most general items of field kit, notebooks, water bottles, cookers etc. Large will fit larger items of field kit such as mess tins, water bottles, poncho etc. Large is also mesh bottomed for rapid draining.

FCSR Standard Utility Pouch

Standard sized pouch with 25mm side release buckle for ease of opening and closing. MOLLE sides for attaching to the next pouch in-line or small accessory pouches. Velcro silencer to allow the pouch to be used in tactical situations. MOLLE on the lid for attaching small accessory pouches or the FCSR dump pouch.

FCSR Butt Pack

Lined with nylon to increase durability and to give extra protection to contents. MOLLE on the sides for small accessory pouches and the single vertical strip to allow utility pouches to be joined to each other, increasing the stability of the rig. Fixed female side release buckle for easy one handed opening and closing with a Velcro tab for extra security. Inside there are two dividers that can be positioned to the users preference using Velcro.

FCSR Canteen Pouch

Canteen Pouch features elasticated draw cord closure for secure fit of water bottle. Flip over lid with fixed female clip. The lid can be folded away so that only the clip and webbing secure the bottle, or just the elasticated draw cord. The side MOLLE has a single vertical strip to allow utility pouches to be joined to each other, increasing the stability of the rig.

Designed to hold the Small and Medium Rip Off medics pouches. Patented FCSR backing and sides allows the panel to be joined to the belt and the adjacent pouches. Velcro backing and side release buckle to keep the med pouch retained until required.

Spring deploys for rapid opening, the dump pouch is constructed of mesh and has an adjustable elasticated baffle to stop empty magazines falling out of the top. Neatly fits to the top of the FCSR utility pouch.

Specialist MBIR pouch that uses MOLLE to join between 2 pouches on the rig. A single belt loop attaches the pouch to the FCSR belt. Elasticated retainer to hold radio firm into the pouch.

LMG/A2 Commanders Pouch is PVC lined for durability and can hold either 6x 30 round 5.56 magazines or LMG 100 round box magazines by using the Velcro divider on the insides to separate or open the pouch. It can also be used for command kit, such as stationary and notebooks. One large lid that Velcro’s closed and MOLLE loops on each end allowing extra pouches to be attached or joining it to the next pouch for stability. SF Patrol Yoke

Yoke vest with both chest and back panel with MOLLE allowing customisation. All body panels are mesh to increase air circulation and improve user comfort. Slightly different shape to our standard patrol yokes. The rear panel is designed as a plate bag to carry hard and soft armour plates. Using the plate bag front panel the SF Patrol Yoke becomes a plate carrier. The front plate bag has MOLLE on the front and is designed to be quickly attached and removed using G-Hooks. The G-Hooks attach through webbing loops on the shoulder straps and on the rear panel, fully adjustable by pulling the excess webbing on the side release buckles ensures a snug fit to the operator. Padded shoulder straps that have MOLLE for smaller pouches. Zipped chest pockets and 6 attachment points for looping into belt order with elastic loops for keeping loose ends tidy. A comfortable yoke that is ideal if belt kit is worn for primary load carrying. Long padded shoulder straps that have MOLLE running the length and loops for attaching pouches or guiding wires or tubes. 6 tails for secure weight distribution and a hydration bladder pouch on the back.

Load Bearing Yoke (LBY)

Based on the American LBV (Load Bearing Vest), our LBY features a wide padded yoke that is attached to two mesh chest panels and a mesh back panel. Adjustable in size by using the corset and cordlock system. Each chest panel features 2 ammunition pouches that hold 2x 5.56, 30 round, magazines each or smoke grenades and a single grenade pouch. 6 webbing tails allow the yoke to be attached to all of our belt order webbing systems. Two chest straps ensure a secure fit to the operator.

Predator (LRPB) Bergen

The LRPB Bergen is our ultimate in modular bergen load carriage design. Designed around an external composite frame that offers the best platform for high weight load carriage over distance in the most comfort. There are no set options for this Bergen, the final specification is up to the customer.The frame can be used with different strap setups. We offer Standard or Yoke S-Straps and a Lumber Pad and belt options. By far the most comfortable setup is the Yoke S-Strap combined with the Lumber Belt.The main compartment of the Bergen features removable side pockets with a mesh pocket, retained by elastic when not in use, that sits underneath the side pocket. Under the mesh pockets there is a flat pocket for shelter poles or other items. There is a selection of side pockets available to suit many roles. At the bottom on the front there is a triple pouch that is secured by side release buckles, the pouches also have storm hoods for extra protection for contents. Removable poncho pouch that features one large zipped pouch on the front with a flat zipped pouch on the back. Underneath the poncho pouch there are MOLLE strips that allow the user to attach any other pouch they desire. This can also be used to strap weapon systems to the Bergen either vertically or horizontally. Longer items, Rifles or Ski Poles can be strapped to the MOLLE panel as well and then secured fully by the extra strapping points on the middle utility pouch below.There is a selection of lids available to suit the individual’s requirements. We have basic lids that can be used as a small emergency patrol pack and also our patrol pack lid. Compression straps that compress the load so it is more stable.

This Lid features a pouch that opens using a three-sided zip, the lid is designed to cover and protect the contents of the LRPB. The main pouch on top opens as one large flap to reveal 3 mesh storage pockets and an elastic and MOLLE strap panel for arranging essential kit. There is also a storage compartment inside the lid that is accessible from the outside via a zip at the front. It incorporates a zip and Velcro attachment point, to attach it securely to the LRPB. This also includes a compression flap that allows it to work as a floating lid. 2 compression straps on top allow compression of the top pouch or the ability to strap items down. Included inside are two 40mm webbing shoulder straps that allow the user to use the lid as an emergency daysack or shoulder bag.

Predator (LRPB) Patrol Pack Lid (PPL)

Designed to work as a lid for the LRPB Bergen but also a dedicated patrol pack in its own right. Zipper and Velcro at base, allows the pack to be securely attached to the LRPB. The back system features quick release shoulder straps and removable waist belt. Shoulder straps and back pads are covered with spacer mesh for breathability and comfort. Shoulder straps are S shaped for comfort and also have a sternum strap. MOLLE on the base, sides and front for attaching extra pouches. The floating pouch on the front can be removed and used as a small grab bag. The front pouch is a large pouch, with mesh pockets inside and a small flat zip on the front with MOLLE loops. 2 Small pouches on the top front of the patrol pack and 2 either side that are ideal for water bottles or using to retain the ends of basha poles. Inside the pack there is a central divider and two mesh organiser packets. The LRPB PPL lining is padded which provides protection for the contents and also stops movement when it is being used as the LRPB lid.

Predator (LRPB) MOLLE Lid

The most straight forward lid design for the LRPB, this lid is designed to cover and protect the contents of the LRPB. MOLLE top allows the integration of different pouches to suit the needs of the user. There is also a storage compartment inside the lid that is accessible from the outside via a zip at the front. It incorporates a zip and Velcro attachment point, to attach it securely to the LRPB. This also includes a compression flap that allows it to work as a floating lid. Spartan/Predator (LRPB) Hydration Assault Pack Side Pocket (HAP)

The HAP is a brilliantly designed Hydration pack that can be used for multi-role purposes. It can hold a 3 litre reservoir in the main compartment, which can also be used for other items. It has 2 pouches on the outside that can hold mission essentials and the bottom pocket has an organiser panel on the inside.The back has MOLLE for attaching to plate carriers or other MOLLE platforms. The shoulder strap system uses spacer mesh for extra comfort and has a sternum strap. There is also a padded waist belt to stop any lateral movement. All the straps tuck away behind the MOLLE panel when being used as a side pocket or MOLLE pack.

Spartan/Predator (LRPB) Standard Side Pocket

Standard 15 Litre size, YKK zips and side release buckles attach the pocket to our bergens. Main zip at top allows access inside the pocket.

Spartan/Predator (LRPB) Gunners Side Pocket

3 Pouches designed to hold ammunition. Larger pouch at bottom for link or box magazines. 2 smaller pouches above can be used for 30 round magazines. Can also be used to carry and organise other equipment as well. YKK zips and side release buckles attach the pocket to our bergens.

Standard S-Straps EF

Designed for our external frame bergens, S-Shaped for comfort with a sternum strap. Ladder locks attach the straps to the frame at the top and loops through the bottom of the frame. Clips on the bottom of the strap allow the user to release the Bergen quickly. Non-slip pads for shouldering a weapon securely. Elastic loops to guide hydration tube or cables.

Spartan/Predator (LRPB) Medics Side Pocket

Designed to attach onto the side of our range of bergens that feature removable side pockets. All round zip for efficient access to contents and fold out panels with zipped mesh pockets. Elastic retaining strips for essentials with a Velcro panel that allows modular medic pouches to be attached and ripped away if required, which is ideal for our IFAK or TFAK pouches.

Spartan/Predator (LRPB) MOLLE QR Burst Zip Side Panel

Designed to attach to our range of bergens and allow the operator to attach any of the Pilgrim side pockets. This allows them to be quickly released, if required, using burst zippers. When the release handle is pulled, a special join in the zip is opened and the pouch is free in seconds. A MOLLE panel under the burst panel allows the QRBZ to be used to attach MOLLE pouches.

Yoke S-Strap EF

Designed for our external frame bergens, S-Shaped for comfort with a sternum strap. Made as a one piece item. Spacer mesh adds comfort and is moulded to two pads that sit on shoulder blades, promoting air circulation and incredible comfort. MOLLE Bergen Battle Belt

Battle Belt designed to allow integration into our range of bergens that have removable waist belt system. It allows the operator to always carry a belt that can be used for belt order if required. 4 D-Rings for a yoke and a 50mm side release buckle for closure. Adjustable buckle to suit operators waist.

Jungle Patrol Bergen

The Jungle Patrol Bergen has been designed to be the ultimate jungle load-bearing system. Constructed from 500 denier nylon external composite frame, with MOLLE on the sides to attach the other pouches. Also features an internal pouch and zips on the lid to allow access for hydration tubes and communications antennas.

30 litre compartment combined with 6 external load pouches to raise capacity. Also features small pockets on the inside for personal admin, a hydration pocket with a hole in lid for a hydration tube, large grab handle, removable waist strap and a coverable lumi strip for recognition at night. Includes back mesh system for ultimate comfort when the pack is loaded.

35 Litre main compartment that features a triple pouch and poncho pouch on the front and flat mesh pockets on the side. Designed for specialist units, this pack has a rigid curved back that allows it to be worn over body armour. A MOLLE external panel allows the attachment of specialist equipment. One long pocket contains magazine storage in the form of two larger pockets and 8 smaller elasticated pockets. Cable hole under the map flap next to zip for communication equipment to be stored in the bag but still be used. 3 Velcro magazines pouches that hold two 5.56, 30 round magazines in each pouch. Universal Dump Pouch

Designed to be used on different systems, there are two belt loops on the back, one to thread a belt through and one that can be wrapped around using Velcro. There is also a 25mm loop that allows it to hang under webbing or other ammunition pouches. The top of the pouch has elastic cord to decrease the opening size and stop magazines from accidentally falling out. The pouch folds into itself and is retained by Velcro to keep it stowed when not in use.

TacSac

The TacSac is another example of what makes Pilgrim so innovative. A shoulder bag that can be made in an array of outer fabrics, from cotton canvass to denim. For use in covert applications, the bag’s contents can be accessed from the top via Velcro flap. This is where the TacSac differs from every other bag in existence. Release and pull down the zip pulls to reveal a MOLLE chest rig platform, the shoulder strap becomes a neck pad and a pull out chest strap secures the rig securely. By pulling the two adjustment straps on the shoulder/neck pad allows the operator to quickly adjust to their size. The top flap and bottom flap are folded back, behind the chest rig and then secured against each other using Velcro. The MOLLE pouches that where internal before are now external and chest mounted. Helmet/Large Medic Quick Release Pouch

External kangaroo style pouch. Attaches to MOLLE panels and allows the operator to store their helmet in an open top bag. Mesh sides with elasticated strips retain the pouch when not in use and keep the contents secure. G-Hooks allow the user to attach compression straps to the pack they are attaching the pouch to, or, to the pouch itself. This pouch is also designed to hold our large rip away medics pouch. Allowing rapid access to the med-kit if required. MOLLE panel on front allows extra pouches to be attached.

SF Blowout Trauma Pouch

Low profile trauma medic roll that is designed to be worn on the back. Grab handles either side allow the contents to be pulled out from either side. The pouch rolls out to reveal all the contents at a glance, when placed on the floor, next to a casualty, the roll acts to protect against potential contamination of contents.

Trauma Pouch (Flap Down)

This pouch can be used as rip away pouch or a fixed MOLLE pouch. Externally there are loops at the side to attach tourniquet or other essentials and a loop line pouch.The front flap features a handle that can be pulled forward and accessed quickly to reveal contents. Designed for the Garmin Foretrex range, clear Perspex panel allows the unit screen to be seen and allow the buttons to be operated easily. SF MOLLE Hip Pad

Hip pad allows operator to make their own customised rig using our MOLLE pouches. The hip pad is available in medium and large sizes. 6 D-Ring attachment points ensure all of our yoke systems are compatible and offer excellent load distribution. Battle Belt

The Battle Belt has been designed to be a comfortable, light weight platform, that can be customised using MOLLE pouches to make a comfortable belt order. Available in two sizes, Medium and Large. 4 D-Rings allow use of either an under armour yoke or any of our other yoke systems. A 50mm side release buckle forms the belt closure. The inside of the belt has non slip pads that eliminate movement to stop any friction and discomfort to the user.

Blast Belt NIJ 3A

MOLLE Assault Webbing

Designed as a modular webbing system that allows the operator to change the end leading pouches using the MOLLE system. The set is based upon our HFPH webbing so it has a jointed hip pad and a hybrid setup, allowing more utility pouches per waist size. The Hip pad also features spacer mesh on the back for added comfort and airflow. The medium size comes with 4 utility pouches and the large has 5 utility pouches. A roll pin buckle and belt for durability and ease of adjusting to waist size, an elastic loop keeps any excess tidy.

The Utility pouches are fixed on the hip pad for stability and user comfort. MOLLE on the sides and lids of every utility pouch for adding smaller pouches as required. Utility pouches are lined with an extra layer of 1000 denier for extra durability and also feature storm hoods for more protection of contents. The utility pouches also feature fixed female side release buckle for ease of opening and closing.

M83 Springbok Vest

Based on a Classic vest that we have made some tweaks to modernise and improve an extremely popular product. The chest panels features large drop down utility pouches that are closed by fixed female clips. There are also smaller pouches on the sides to accommodate extra magazines or grenades.A double magazine pouch above and a smaller pouch to the side for FFD or a grenade. The left panel features a 2x2 magazine pouch next to the drop down utility and the right a utility pouch. The shoulders straps adjust by a single 50mm tri glide and the waist adjusts by 2 50mm tri glides and Velcro panels on the chest panels keep the ends tidy and out the way. Two options are available on the back panel. Either a MOLLE back or a large hydration pack can be ordered.

Using open top ammunition pouches and adjustable elasticated retainers, the magazine pouches also feature MOLLE across the front and an internal zipped pocket that can be accessed from above and behind the magazines.Fully adjustable waist belt and shoulder harness that features D-Rings and elastic loops for guiding hydration tubes and cables. The harness has side release buckles for quick release.The upper part of the RCR has MOLLE loops on the front and can be tucked behind the lower if not required, making a lower profile rig.A hard armour plate can also be inserted into the back, retained by elasticated loops. Large chest rig designed for use with the AK range of variants. Will hold 2 magazines in each of the 4 magazine pouches. Two general utility pouches flanking the ammunition pouches. Padded and removable shoulder straps with waist strap. Fully adjustable to fit a variety of operator sizes.

3 Ammunition pouches on the front that feature Velcro and side release buckle closure with Velcro silencers. Ammo pouches can hold 2 magazines in each pouch, 6 overall. Two 9mm pouches on the ends of the ammo pouches complete the front set up.

The whole chest panel unzips and hinges forward to reveal a commanders panel which has a map pocket, flat document pocket, notebook pocket, pen and 9mm magazine pockets. There is also a mesh pocket on the back.

FiteLite Jumpable Chest Rig (FJCR)

Light weight chest rig that features 5, 5.56 NATO magazine pouches with elastic loop retainers. The far left magazine pouch has been widened slightly and comes with a longer elastic loop for using with MBITR style radio systems.MOLLE panel on the front of the ammo pouches allows custom pouches to be added. Simple harness and chest strap arrangement that is fully adjustable. The shoulder straps have MOLLE and elastic loops for guiding wires or antennas and attaching pouches to.There is a chest panel that can fold into a pocket on the back when not in use. The chest panel has a MOLLE panel for attaching pouches and works brilliantly with our GCM. HFP vs HFPHThe pouches used on both HFP & HFPH are exactly the same in size, quality, capacity and workmanship, but the HFPH hip pad is simply a more efficient way of positioning them, giving you more pouches per hip pad.

With the Hip-pad Fixed Pouch (HFP) Webbing, all pouches are stitched onto a hip pad that is jointed and padded with closed cell foam, creating a lightweight, stable and comfortable webbing system.

The Hip-pad Fixed Pouch Hybrid (HFPH) Webbing System allows the user to fit more utility pouches around the waist by using a unique stitching method. This means you can fit more pouches onto the same sized hip pad, increasing the load carriage potential. This system also creates a more tailored and enhanced fit over our HFP system to increase user comfort.

Dual Rifle Carry Case Backpack

An extremely practical bag that will hold a Carbine length weapon, alongside a Rifle and Pistol. It’s an ideal personal weapon system transport bag. Shoulder straps that can be tucked away if not required and a single over shoulder strap is included. The bag also has handles so it can be carried normally. Rifle Range Carry Mat (RCRM)

Designed primarily as a range mat the RCRM is an extremely versatile carry case. Using the clip retainers and muzzle pocket it can securely fasten most Long Rifle sizes and weapons inside. The RCRM can be used as a Drag bag if required and also has stowable shoulder and waist straps, always there if required, but conveniently stored if not.MOLLE cover the external top of the bag allowing extra pouches to be added and the underside has webbing reinforcement to add protection when it is being used as a drag bag. SF Medipac

Specialist pack for the effective distribution of medical equipment and increase efficiency of administering treatment to battlefield casualties. The main compartment folds out twice to reveal 6 separate pockets for keeping medical equipment separated and organised. Inside the main compartment there are rip away IFAK pouches and room for personal equipment or more medical supplies. Hydration pocket allows the use of 3 litre water bladder. The external of the pack features two front pockets for organisation of medical supplies. The sides have hinged doors that allow quick access to syringes, scissors, airways, tourniquets and other equipment that may need to be accessed quickly in an emergency. There is a torch pocket on the side to aid casualty evacuation in low light. Large pocket along the bottom for stretcher or other relevant equipment. ECWCS - Extreme Cold Weather Clothing System

Moisture Vapour Permeable Jacket (MVPJ). Waterproof and breathable layer. Features two large chest pockets, with hand-warmer pockets underneath, and two arm pockets and hood that rolls into the hood if not required. Underarm zip slits that allow extra ventilation if required when working in warmer environments. The jacket does up using a YKK zip with a baffle flap that secures using Velcro. Draw cord adjustable hood and waist. Velcro adjustable cuffs and an epaulette slide on the front for rank slides.

Ops Fleece (for ECWCS)
