I was born in Culver City, Califor-nia in September of 1996. I knew early on that I was destined for a career that involved creativity and inter-acting with people. I started my career developing, promoting, creating, and launching brand spe-cific product marketing.

I am able to teach and mentor a creative staff while developing cutting edge campaigns. I have learned to multi-task, collaborate with staff and management in a corporate setting and implement those work ethics in an agency environment. I relished in an at-mosphere that allowed creative freedom and the opportunities de-veloping award winning and suc-cessful concepts for Fortune 500 Companies across multiple indus-tries, landscapes and medias.

Going on 18 years in this industry I look forward to pushing the en-velope of design and development producing campaigns to launch new start-up companies or brand existing companies to separate them from competition.

Regardless the task, my imagination awaits.

The Molina Healthcare Story

Three Decades of Delivering Access to Quality CareMolina Healthcare was founded more than 30 years ago by Dr. C. David Molina, an emergency room physician who opened a medical clinic to serve the patients he frequently treated in the ER simply because they did not have their own primary care doctor to care for them.

From that clinic, Molina Healthcare continued to grow for the next three decades to become what it is now—a national managed health organization that provides government-sponsored health care programs across the country. The company has evolved over the years, but the mission has remained the same—providing those most in need with access to high quality health care services. This mission is still carried out today by the founder’s children. J. Mario Molina, MD, currently heads up the company as its CEO and president, continuing Molina Healthcare’s unique legacy as a physician-led organization. John Molina serves as the CFO and Dr. Martha Bernadett-Molina leads the company as an executive vice president. It is our story that makes us proud to call ourselves an extended family, to the members, partners and communities we serve.

Today, Molina Healthcare serves the diverse needs of members and beneficiaries across the United States through programs such as Medicaid, the Children’s Health Insurance Program and Medicare. Molina Healthcare also offers health information management and business process outsourcing solutions for state Medicaid programs through its subsidiary, Molina Medicaid Solutions. Additionally, Molina Healthcare continues to expand its primary care clinics across the country through Molina Medical.

Facts about Molina Healthcare• All of Molina Healthcare’s eligible health plans are

accredited by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), a non-profit organization dedicated to improving health care quality. Molina’s nine NCQA-accredited health plans place Molina Healthcare among the national leaders in quality Medicaid accreditations.

• Since 2005, Molina Healthcare plans have been ranked among America’s top 100 Medicaid health plans by NCQA.

• Molina Healthcare was established by a physician and today remains a physician-led organization.

• Molina Healthcare is a leader in establishing Cultural and Linguistics Services programs that help medical practitioners and employees understand how patients’ cultural backgrounds affect their approach to health care.

• Molina Healthcare is committed to community service and has established a vibrant corporate social responsibility initiative to support the communities we serve. The Molina Helping Hands community volunteer program and Molina’s Community Champions Awards recognize and affirm the contributions of everyday community heroes.

• Molina has never wavered from its mission of providing care to those who need it most, but don’t have access to it otherwise.

Nurse Advice Line - A look inside

Live and personalized attentionThe 24-hour Nurse Advice Line (NAL) provides callers with personal attention in their chosen language.

Experienced and trained staffStaff receives training with an emphasis on patient confidentialitystandards. All RNs must have 3 years of acute care experience to be considered for the NAL positions. In addition, ongoing quality monitoring is conducted.

Appropriate triageUtilizing standardized clinical guidelines, our nurses assess the caller’s symptoms to determine the appropriate level of care needed and also to provide general health information when requested. By directing callers to the right care at the right time, the NAL reduces Emergency Department (ED) costs.

Follow-up supportA coordinator places follow-up calls, making sure the caller was able to follow all advice given. Any caller who requires further assistance will be connected with a nurse for additional guidance.
