1. Contact meCall or email me and I will send you a Floral questionnaire so we can get to know each other.

2. ConsultationWe will arrange to meet in person or via Skype. Discuss what style package your after. This is when you tell me your vision and dreams for the

owers and style of your big day.

3. Floral BriefYou will receive a details brief/quote on what we discussed at our rst meeting. A 50% deposit is required at this time to hold your date.

4. Site VisitsDepending on your package we will visit your ceremony or reception site together to go over ner details and options.

5. Check InsThroughout the planning process we will have check ins (via phone or email) to make sure everything is on track and everyone is on the same page.

6. Two weeks beforeWe will arrange to meet in person or via Skype to nalise all details. (No changes will be able to be made past this point) Final payment is due at this time.

7. One week beforeOver the phone we will organise nal delivery times and locations

8. On the DayYou get to sit back and relax knowing your beautiful owers will be delivered and set up, making your vision come to life.
