TPP Milestone 2006 : Founded by Sanjay Kumar , an Alumnus of Tata Institute of Social Sciences
(TISS) and champion of Total People Productivity and Performance . Currently
holds more than 29 years work experience with Industries
2006-08 : Formally started as a Training & Development Firm for Industries, Institutes andIndividuals . Set up 1st Development Center at NCR – Ghaziabad.
• 2008-09 : worked with more than 40 organizations and 10 Management and
Engineering Institutions
- Worked for Mega Large, Large and Medium Organization including NTPC , IFFCO,
InTC, Metzeler, Nilkamal and many leading organizations
- In the year 2008 started the 1st Consultancy Project with Cheema Boilers Limited(CBL) Mohali. Turnaround this company from Rs. 69 cr to Rs. 300 cr in 1 ½ yearswith People Efficiency in Engineering and Mkt. & Sales
2009-12 : started HR consultancy Project with more than 25 organizations
2012 : formally launched Total People Productivity and Performance (TPPP) Model
2013 : started working on consultancy project for Business Profitability and Growth
2015 : working with Industries , Institute and Individuals for channelizing human resources
for higher value add. Focused on People and Productivity.
2016 : Consulting Mid and Large Size organization for People and Productivity for Business
