Accessing Time & Labor Online

• Login ID: FIRSTNAMELASTNAME in caps• Password: firstnamelastname • Example:

• Login ID: BRUCEWAYNE• Password: brucewayne (case sensitive)

Your Home Page

Submit Timesheet (Daily)

• Click on Submit Timesheet under Actions

• Enter Hours and click Apply

• This is for entering time on a daily basis

Submit Timesheet (Weekly)

• Click on Submit Timesheet under Actions

• Click Timesheet Express


• Choose time period• Click Apply

Please note: You can add lines for each day by ‘adding a shift”. Columns will display codes, descriptions or both.


• Enter total hours for each day

• Click Apply

Adding/Changing Client Code

• To change Client Code, click Choose Labor Level link

• Choose new Client• Click Apply

PTO Balance/Request Time Off

• You can view your current PTO balance on your Home page• You can request time

off

• You can see approval status

Requesting Time Off

• You request will be available for Supervisor approval• Upon approval, it will auto fill your time sheet

Training/FAQ

• At the top of the home page, is a link to training and FAQ materials

Add Human Resource Online

• After adding the Human Resource Online service to your Paychex account, you will be able to manage most of your own HR information. • You will be able to:• Update/Change Emergency Contact information• Update/Change Home Address• Print Tax Documents• Review Paycheck history• And much more…

Enrollment in mypaychex.com• Click on the following link:




• Enter your Login ID: FIRSTNAMELASTNAME (no space)• Enter your Password: firstnamelastname (no space)

• Enter your old password and create a new one, then update


You will then be re-directed from this page to register for PAYCHEX.


• Click the Register button

• Enter the security check code and click OK

• Because you just completed enrolling in Time and Labor Online, the services were added to your Paychex account


• Scroll down the page and enter your information as required. Then click Save.


• It may take a few minutes for your information to save


• Log in to mypaychex.com

Adding Human Resources Online to mypaychex.com

• After you have logged in to mypaychex.com, click Manage User Account


• Click on Add Accounts or Services


• Click on the dropdown arrow to select a service


• Select: Human Resources Online

Enter these numbers for Company IDEnter lowercase first initial, lowercase last name for userEnter Capital first initial, Capital last initial, last four Social Security Number (i.e. BW1234) for password.

Then Click Add to MyPaychex.



• Human Resources Online should now be added to your Paychex account

• When you click on the Home button, you should now have three tabs• Click on the Human Resources tab

• Go to https://benefits.paychex.com• Click on “Register for a new account”

• Create your new account• Note: Your username must contain at least one number

• Go to mypaychex.com and log in using your FIRSTNAMELASTNAME login
