A NOTE ABOUT BEANS & BREAD LUNCHES
Smile, Hope, Believe..... Made with love foryou....peace, love, happiness, may sunshine be yourstoday, are just some of the words, sentiments, written on865 bagged lunches donated and distributed this day.
SMILE ~ we saw many smiles today as you droppedoff your blessings bags of food; smiles behinds thosefacial coverings as photos were being taken~! Thesmile from a man outside of Beans/Bread who asked forlunches to feed his wife and five children all wavingfrom a van; upon giving him lunches, water and othertreats Ms. Barb said, here's one for you too. He lookedat her and said, "oh no, I need it for all the youngerones, I'm an adult, I'll find something else" - Ms. Barbkindly responded by telling him, he needed the food asmuch as his family and we are all young and that thesandwich was made just for him~! He beamed as heaccepted the lunch for himself and his smile was thebest smile of the morning~!
HOPE ~ the hope, love, kindness you provide by yournotes and sandwiches, nourishing one's hunger and soul.
