Orphanage Feedback Evaluation

I worked as part of a group to create a film idea as well as pitching all of this. We performed our Pitch to the rest of our class who filled out feedback sheets.From the feedback we found that out Director was a good choice as we had researched different horror directors and we found the director James Watkins wold be most fitting.Also, the groups completing our feedback agreed that our target audience, budget, release date, and the initial plot were all good. They had also realised that we had put in a lot of research.

However, one key fault of our pitch was the title of our film, our film title is 'orphanage.' Although we had done research to make sure no previous film had the same title, our feedback concluded that the name was too original.Another fault that was pointed out was that they felt our cast were not young enough or popular enough, however we felt that, due to our budget we could not afford to have a more popular casting, but we did choose to include Chloe Moretz (kickass)Also, we should have included more information about our main characters as we did miss out key characters.Overall, our pitch was successful although our film title does need to be reconsidered
