Example a condensed We start off by asking trivia questions and giving away money. The next stage is that we ask a member of the crowd if they consider themselves to be a good person... then we offer to give them $20.00 cash if they can prove it. We then begin to go through what we call the "good test" -- it measures the person's "goodness" against the standard of God's Holy Law-the Ten Commandments. Here's an example of what might be said: "Let's see if you're a good person... Have you ever told a lie? Yes? Then that makes you a liar in God's eyes. Have you ever stolen anything, even something small when you were a child? Yes? Then that makes you a thief in God's eyes. Have you ever looked at someone with lust? Yes? Jesus said that if you even look with lust you've already committed adultery in your heart... so in God's eyes you're an adulterer. Have you ever hated anyone? Yes? God says that he who hates his brother is a murderer... so in God's eyes you're a murderer. Have you ever used God's name as a cuss word? Yes? Then that makes you a blasphemer... blasphemy is a very serious sin. So by your own admission, you're not a good person at all. In God's eyes, you're a liar, a thief, an adulterer, a murderer, and a blasphemer... and you have to face God on judgment day. If he judges you by that standard will you be innocent or guilty of breaking His Holy Laws? You know that you'll be guilty... do you think you'll go to Heaven or Hell by that standard? Hell, right? Does that concern you? It should. Do you know what God did so that you wouldn't have to go to Hell? He sent his Son Jesus to pay the penalty for your sins... if you will repent (that means turn away from your sin) and place your faith in Jesus Christ... then God will forgive every sin you've ever committed and grant you the gift of everlasting life." Depending on the level of contrition for sin (if any) we observe in the person we're taking through the "good test" ... and dependant on the size of the crowd watching the encounter, we may actually give away the $20.00 cash as a picture of the grace of God: "You can see you're not a good person, right? The Ten Commandments revealed that you were a liar, thief, adulterer, murder... and so forth. You don't -- in any way -- deserve to get this $20.00, do you? You're not a good person as you supposed... and you've done nothing to earn it. It's the same way with the grace of God through Jesus Christ. Even though you're in no way good enough to get into heaven, and you don't deserve God's forgiveness... by his Grace he offers this to you as a free gift through Jesus Christ. As an example of that free gift, I'm going to offer you this $20.00 bill, even though you don't deserve it... as a free gift. I just said I was going to give it to you, as a free gift... but what do you have to do to actually get it? If you just stand there and "believe" in it, will it become yours? No. You have to come up here and receive it... so come up here right now and get it. In the same way, just "believing" in God won't get you into heaven... even the demons "believe" and shudder. No, you must repent of your sins and receive Jesus Christ as your Savior (just as you have to come up here and receive this bill) only then you will pass from death into life." We start off by asking trivia questions and giving away money.

Here's an example of what might be said:

"Let's see if you're a good person... Have you ever told a lie? Yes? Then that

makes you a liar in God's eyes. Have you ever stolen anything, even something small when you were a child? Yes? Then that makes you a thief in God's eyes. Have you ever looked at someone with lust? Yes? Jesus said that if you even look with lust you've already committed adultery in your heart... so in God's eyes you're an

adulterer. It should. Do you know what God did so that you wouldn't

have to go to Hell? He sent his Son Jesus to pay the

penalty for your sins... if you will repent (that means turn away from your sin) and place your faith in Jesus Christ... then God will forgive every sin you've ever committed and grant you the gift of everlasting life."

Depending on the level of contrition for sin (if any) we observe

in the person we're taking through the "good test" ... and dependant on the size of the crowd watching the encounter, we may actually give away the $20.00 cash as a picture of the grace of God:

"You can see you're not a good person, right? The Ten Commandments revealed that you were a liar, thief, adulterer, murder... and so forth. You don't -- in any way -- deserve to get this $20.00, do you? You're not a good person as you supposed... and you've done nothing to earn it.
