GENERAL INFORMATION Making a Reservation Call the office during regular business hours or use the reservation request form on our website. The following information will be needed: • Your home phone number, name, and address. • Your departure point. • The number of people in your party. The following additional information is required for MultiDay trips: • The full name, address and phone number for all of the people in your party. • Special requests: i.e., smoking, non-smoking, adjoining, or handicapped rooms. (All special requests are sent to the hotels, however, they cannot be guaranteed.) Office Hours Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.; Closed Sundays and holidays. MULTIDAY TOURS Payment Deposit: $50.00 per person within seven days of booking. Full Payment: 45 days prior to tour. Acceptable Forms of Payment: check, cash, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. Mail checks to: Hagey Tours, 210 Schoolhouse Rd. Souderton, PA 18964 Proof of Citizenship For all tours to Canada, U.S. citizens must have a valid passport. Different requirements exist for non-USA citizens. Cancellation A full refund is given for notice received 31 or more days prior to the tour. For notice received within 30 days of the tour, a 10% fee plus any prepaid amounts will be assessed. No show on the day of the tour, no refund. Cancellation Insurance is recommended and available. Departure Points Franconia offers secure, lit parking for all tours. Other departure points involving shuttles are: | New Britain and Montgomeryville. MultiDay tour parking is prohibited at New Britain and Montgomeryville. You must be dropped off and picked up only at those departure points. Rates Quoted per person, includes round-trip motorcoach transportation, high quality lodging, listed meals, admis- sion to listed attractions, baggage handling, taxes, and gratuities for listed meals. Additional personal expenses, i.e., telephone calls, alcoholic beverages, not included meals, are the responsibility of the individual. Child rate is applicable for a child 12 years old or under. Taxes & Gratuities Your tour rate includes all gratuities for porters and dining room staff on listed meals as well as appropriate taxes. Gratuities for drivers and local guides, although customary, are not a necessary tour expense. If you wish, such appreciation should be extended on an individual basis and not as a group. Minimum recognized guidelines for Driver, $2.00 per person, per day. Accommodations Based on 1 person to a Single room, 2 persons to a Double room (2 double beds), 3 persons to a Triple room (2 double beds), and 4 persons to a Quad room (2 double beds). Baggage Handling The handling of one large piece of luggage per person is included in your tour cost. The handling of one-piece carry-on luggage shall be the responsibility of the individual. \ Seat Switching In order to provide an equal opportunity for each person to view scenery from different areas within the motorcoach, we have a seat switching policy on all tours longer than one day. This will be explained at the beginning of each tour. ONE DAY TOURS Payment One Day Getaways are to be paid in full at least 30 days prior to the tour. One Day Getaways including a ticket are to be paid in full within 7 days of making the reservation. Reservations made within 30 days of the tour require payment in full immediately. Forms of Payment: check, cash, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. Mail checks to: 210 Schoolhouse Rd. Souderton, PA 18964 Cancellation One Day Getaways with a ticket: Full refund is given for notice received 31 or more days prior to the tour. For notice received within 30 days of the tour, there is no refund or transfer. One Day Getaways without a ticket: Full refund is given for notice received 31 or more days prior to the tour. For notice received within 30 days of the tour, a Credit Letter is issued in the amount of the tour minus any prepaid amounts. That Original Credit Letter may be used toward a future tour for up to one year from the date of issue. No show on the day of the tour, there is no refund or credit. Departure Points All One-day Getaways depart from both Franconia and Montgomeryville. In addition to these two points, depending on the direction of the tour, we may depart from New Britain at the Giant Supermarket. Call our office for information. ALL TOURS Restrictions Smoking, and drinking alcoholic beverages on the motorcoach are prohibited. Ample rest stops are made for your comfort. Tour Cancellation Hagey Tours, Inc reserves the right to withdraw any Motorcoach Tour from its schedule. If it is necessary for Hagey Tours to cancel a tour, for any reason, customers may transfer to another tour, or receive a full refund. Right to Remove Hagey Tours reserves the right to decline to accept any person as a tour participant, and to expel any tour participant from the tour, if it deems necessary to do so for the safety of other tour participants. Responsibility HAGEY TOURS, INC (“HAGEY”) acts only in the capacity of agent for transportation companies in all matters relating to transportation, whether by motorcoach, railroad, boat or other means; and agent for travel service companies and other suppliers in all matters relating to arrangements for other tour components, such as hotel accommodations, sightseeing and related services, entertainment, and other tour features. Hagey, because of its status as agent and because it maintains no control over personnel, equipment or operations of these travel service suppliers, does not assume any responsibility for and cannot be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity from whatever cause during a trip. HAGEY recommends cancellation insurance. HAGEY reserves the right to alter tour itineraries and tour components whenever HAGEY deems such change to be necessary. Johnstown Flood & Fortune was GREAT! Plenty of interesting things to see along with the historical places we visited. Our driver Tom was excellent, professional and courteous. Our first Hagey Tour was in June 1979 to the Statue of Liberty. This tour to Johnstown was almost to the day of our first -- just 30 years later! – William & Tamie Russell
