FPDCI is a big compound with sev-eral units for different needs: dor-mitory-type which can house four persons, apartment-type for five persons and studio-type for five persons at most. Among the ADNU-accredited houses, it is only one with a full-time security guard. This security feature is further en-hanced by the use of logbook and CCTV. It further offers janitorial service. It practices proper segregation of trash using the properly labeled trash cans.

Profile of boarders: Dormitory and Studio– type rooms are exclusive for female occupants while apartment rooms are open to both male and fe-male occupants. Rent: P1,700 per person in a dormitory type, P3,250 per person in a studio type and P 6, 500 per person in the apartment. It has a big common dining area where each occupant is provided with a pigeon box to keep her food and utensils.
