of Australia.WHEREAS it is enacted by subsection (2) ofsection 4 of the Totalisator Agency Board BettingAct, 1960-1961, that the Governor may, on therecommendation of the Minister and the Board,from time to time, and at any time, by Proclama-tion declare any portion or portions of the Stateto be a totalisator agency region for the purposesof that Act; and whereas the Minister and theBoard have recommended that the lands describedin the schedule hereunder be declared totalisatoragency regions for those purposes: Now, there-fore, I, the Lieutenant-Governor, acting with theadvice and consent of the Executive Council, dohereby declare that as from and including the25th day of June, 1962, the several lands describedin the schedule hereunder shall each be a totalisa-tor agency region for the purposes of the Totalisa-tor Agency Board Betting Act, 1960-1961.

WHEREAS by the Water Boards Act, 1904-1954,a Water Board may, with the approval of the

Governor, borrow money for the construction ofworks for the storage, distribution and supply ofwater: Now, therefore, His Excellency the Gover-nor, with the advice and consent of the ExecutiveCouncil, hereby approves, under the provisions ofsection 113 of the Water Boards Act, 1904-1954,of the Harvey Water Board borrowing the sum ofthree thousand five hundred pounds (£3,500), fora period of fifteen years, payable by half-yearlyinstalments, at the rate of five pounds ten shil-lings (£5 10s.) per centum per annum, for theinstallation of automatic boost pump and exten-sion of mains within the Harvey Water Area,subject to the said works being commenced notlater than the 1st day of January, 1963.
