Rick Goins - My family and I (my wife Kim and two sons Ryan and Brady) moved to Lone Oak in March

of 2016; and shortly after joined Rolling Hills as a way for us to enjoy the summer by the pool, play golf and meet

new friends. I was recruited to the Paducah area by Massac Memorial Hospital in Metropolis, IL to serve as its Chief

Operating Officer (COO). I have since been promoted to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and am grateful for the

opportunity to serve the community and lead this wonderful organization.

I have been on many boards in my career such as: The Orthopedic Institute Surgery Center (Metropolis, IL), the

Ohio State University Alumni Society, The Jack Rubinstein Foundation for Developmental Disabilities, the Greater

Cincinnati Nutrition Council, Building Blocks for Kids (Mason, OH), United Way (Cincinnati, OH), and the

Middletown, OH Family YMCA. The skills that I have brought to those boards vary based upon their needs but

include financial planning and analysis, quality improvement, business development, and crisis management.

My family and I greatly enjoy the Rolling Hills Country Club, and I wish to do everything that I can to ensure its

success long-term. Many of the friends that we have met in Paducah are members of the Club, and one of the

greatest values that this Club has to offer is its strong network of great families that make it easy for newcomers to

feel right at home.

As a member of the Board, my focus will be on ensuring the financial stability of the club, while at the same time

investing in enhancements that will continue to grow the Club's value to the members. I will also look for ways to

promote the family activities that the club has to offer and add new opportunities for family involvement.

I appreciate the opportunity to serve as a Board Member and advocate for all of us as members of the Club.

Pete Hatfield - My name is Pete Hatfield, and I have been a member of RHCC since 2014. I am

originally from Southern Illinois (Metropolis) and attended Southern Illinois University. After college, I was recruited

by a national lumber company and moved to Atlanta where I lived for several years. In 2003, I was transferred to St

Louis, Missouri, where I met my wife and we started our family. In 2008, I joined my mother, Kim Hall, who has been

a RHCC member since 2003, as a Residential Real Estate Appraiser. Shortly after that we decided to move our

family to the Paducah area.

Currently, I am pursuing my Real Estate License as a way to grow within the local real estate industry. My wife

Bridie and I have been together for 13 years, and we have a nine year old daughter Emily. Bridie is the Director of

Sales and Marketing for Marriott Hotels, and Emily is in the 4th grade at Lone Oak Intermediate.

When we moved from St. Louis and started looking for our home, we were drawn to Lake Forest subdivision due to

its proximity to RHCC. Over the past three years, we have come to consider RHCC a second home. Whether it's

playing golf, swimming at the pool, or attending the social events, we know we have made the right decision in

joining RHCC. As a board member or simply as an active member, I plan on doing my part in helping RHCC remain

a great experience for current and future membership.

Eric Reed- I am Eric Reed and I am a person of change for all the right reasons. I have worked for

Wolseley Industrial Group for eighteen years to the present overseeing several employees and working hard with

customers through sales and management . My main focus is making sure the customer is happy just like I want all

the members at Rolling Hills to be happy. I love to be part of change and know when the correct decision needs to

be made. I will do my very best to make that happen. I am an avid golfer and want the very best things for the club.

I attended Paducah Community College for two years; then attended Murray State University. I believe I am the right

person for this board; and with everyone's support, we can all make Rolling Hills even better than it is today.
