R QUALITY BUILDING PRODUCTS APPLICATION The Concrete Uses a concrete mix with slump of 75 mm or less. The remaining 1/3 is broadcasted over the surface and the process is repeated. For the best result, apply curing compound or polyethylene sheet over the dry floor surface. Keep the floor away from medium traffic for at least 2 days. FS CEREAMIC is a ready mix mortar with high bonding strength, resistance to vibration, for interior and exterior tile fixing.
Fixing ceramic tiles, marble, granite, mosaics and natural stones to wall or floor.
MIXING Mix FS CERAMIC 25 kg with 5 - 6 liters of water. Let mortar stand for 10 minutes than re-mix.
Do not soak tile prior to installation
APPLICATIONSpread mortar on the surface using a notched trowel to a depth of 3 mm. For natural stones with uneven backs, it is recommended to fill the back of stone in addition to spreading mortar. Immediately press tiles into freshly mortar bed, tap and beat the tile to ensure no void occur in the mortar.

FLEXBOND is two component flexible slurry products based on a mixture of cement, well graded fillers, special synthetic resin dispersion. It has good adhesive to various substrates like concrete, brick, mortar plaster.
FLEXBOND can be used to seal, cover and provide a protection waterproofing for:- Roof decks, balconies, terraces, bathrooms.- Concrete water tanks.- Swimming pools.- Basements.- Brick and masonry.
FLEXBOND is easy to apply like paint, it is excellent waterproof, seal and cover hair line crack. The two components will react chemically to form flexible coating film.
Substrate ConditionThe substrates must be clean and sound, free of dust, loose particles. Before applying FLEXBOND be sure to pre-wet the substrate thoroughly to saturate the pores completely with water.
MixingPour 2 part of powder part B into a pail containing 1 part of liquid part A. Mix until homogeneous and lump free slurry is obtained. Use low speed drill mixer for better dispersion.
DO NOT ADD WATER
2 Apply by brush, roller or trowel minimum 2 coats, using 1,0 kg/mof FLEXBOND mixture per coat and allow 2-4 hours between the first coat and second coat.
Total composite dry thickness should be a minimum of 1,5 mm.
Part A Liquid : 10 kg.Part B Powder: 20 kg.
