When used individually or combined with bushes, Flexseal Standard Couplings have many applications in the construction, repair and maintenance of pipe systems:

• As a joint for plain ended pipes

• Repair and maintenance of existing pipelines

• Connecting short and cut lengths of pipe

• Making post construction connections to an existing pipeline

• Reconnection of laterals on renovated sewers

• WIS-4-41-01 approved and suitable for private and public sewers

AR Adaptor Couplings

For DN150, 225 & 300 Pipe

Designed for connecting clay pipe to structural walled and ribbed plastic pipe.The AR Adaptor incorporates an extra wide clamping band at one end, which seals against two or more of the external ribs on the structural walled plastic pipe.

The clamping band secures against two or more external ribs on the plastic ribbed pipe thereby ensuring a high performance seal is obtained irrespective of the coupling position or movement (See cross section diagram below for reference).

Flexseal can provide Large Diameter Couplings that are manufactured to order, thereby meeting the specific contractor and site requirements. All bespoke couplings are available for same day despatch, and direct to site.

Bushes


Bushes are designed for use with couplings when connecting pipes of significantly different outside diameters. A bush is placed over the end of the smaller diameter pipe, meaning the OD of both pipes becomes equal. They are available in thicknesses ranging from 8mm to 32mm, and can be fabricated according to site requirements.

100 & 150mm diameter

For the connection of DN100 & DN150 pipes of differing outside diameters.

Combines three standard bushes into one product by allowing the user to fold the product into different thicknesses.

Chemical Couplings
