We have some updates for you guys about registration for No Frills 2013: Where in the World is Molly the Moo Cow?. Upon evaluation of the registration timeline, under consultation of the regional advisor, regional director, and conference advisor, we’ve decided to extend the registration period to allow for the universities still searching for IT’s to complete their recruitment process. See below for the updated details, we’ve also posted this new information on our conference website to help you through the registration process. If you have further questions feel free to contact our conference chair, Joseph Nabity ([email protected] ), or registration chair, Kyle Schulze ([email protected] ). It was brought to our attention that there was a lack of information available regarding registration and our deadlines. It was also evident that many of our affiliated institutions needed longer to elect ITs from their institutions following their campus timelines. We did our best to recognize these issues and resolve them if we could. If there are any other issues or questions please contact us so we can work with you and address these issues. z A Word from our Chair z Hey MACURH! We  need  YOUR  schools  help,  in  order  to  make  a  difference  in  the  world!

Ways  your  school  can  raise  money  to  make  a  difference  for  impoverished  families:

• Have  a  penny  war:  set  up  teams  and  make  jars.  Team  with  the  most  points  wins.

• Go  to  a  local  restaurant/  or  store  and  ask  if  they  would  have  a  benefit  night  where  5  or  10%  of  their  profits  go  to  your  school  for  the  Oxford  America  Unwrapped.

• Collect  change!  Walk  around  the  Res.  Halls  or  suites  and  ask  people  to  donate  change  to  your  cause.

• Have  a  bake  sale.

• Have  a  car  wash.

• Have  a  yard  sale.

• Or  you  can  simply  go  to  local  businesses  and  ask  for  donaOons

If  you  have  any  quesOons  about  our  philanthropy  don’t  hesitate  to  email!

Philanthropy  chair  Sarah  Watkins  [email protected]

A Message about PhilanthropyWhen  organizing  the  No  Frills  bid  we  decided  we  wanted  to  give  back.  We  wanted  to  stay  with  our  theme  of  Molly  the  Moo  Cow,  so  we  found  this  wonderful  internaOonal  organizaOon  called  Oxfam  America  Unwrapped.  For  a  small  75  dollar  donaOon  Oxfam  will  send  a  cow  to  an  impoverished  country.  These  cows  are  desperately  needed  in  order  for  families  in  poverty  to  survive  on  their  own  agriculturally  and  economically.
