NETWORK GROUP JOURNEY

NETWORK AGENCIES made a beginning as a Marketing Company in 1986 as the Representatives of M/S Ajay Valves Pvt. Ltd., where mostly cast Iron valves were sold after registration with prime companies. The company was also into Exotic metals, Refurbishment of any type or make Valves ( in those days Valves were mostly imported hence costly) We got lot of orders from prestigious companies. Some valves which were scraped were also reconditioned thus contributing to the National economy.

In 1990 we joined hands with Triveni Equipments Pvt. Ltd for Investment Castings Ball Valves, quality Pipe Fittings upto 36” in SS 316L material, all types of Strainers, Vat Filters.

In the Project boom period from 1992 we added Myricks Piping Products Pvt. Ltd. Chennai for Pipe supports, industrial Manufacturers for heavy fabrication like heat Exchangers, Columns, Reformers & Waste Heat Recovery Boilers (Jointly done with Deustch Babcock Balkee Durr of Germany), Flovel Valves had just come out of their tie-up with BDK & We started doing the marketing.

We had an association with ‘INDUSTRIAL MANUFACTURERS’ for world class fabricated equipments like Heat Exchanger, Condenser, Pressure Vessels, Dearators, Reactors, Columns, Storage Tanks & specialized fabrication.

We are Distributor to ‘Flovel valves Pvt. Ltd.’ since 1992 for their Nozzle Check Valves & Dual Plate Check Valves up to 1 mt. diameter in all type of application and MOC, this includes low Delta ‘P’ Valves & valves in Gas application.

We also has an authorisation as Dealers for Kapilansh Dhatu Udhyog Pvt. Ltd. for their Cast Iron Socket & Spigot Spun Pipes, Cast Iron Soil Pipes and Earthing Electrodes.

NETWORK ASSOCIATES was started as a Sales & Service Distributor company in 1992, we stared with Greaves Ltd, Business Group V for products like Steam Traps, Cranes & Hoists, Centrifugal Horizontal Spilt Casing Pumps, Process & Ash slurry pumps. Simultaneously we were appointed by Business Group II for Gearboxes & Fluid Couplings which is todays ‘Premium Transmission Pvt. Ltd.’

Fluid Coupling in those days was concept selling product involving education to the customer on power saving, no load start, motor duration & so on. We not only conducted seminars with appreciation letters from the industry of Gujarat. Here too we proudly claim to have many installations & we are providing the best of the services.

In the year 1996 M/s Fibro Plastichem India Pvt. Ltd., Kolkatta, a pioneer in FRP Products joined hands with ‘NETWORK’. Major achievements with this Company was at GACL Dahej for huge capacity Tanks, with Birla Copper Dahej for complete phase II FRP work.

In early 2002 we had tie ups with Chicago Pneumatics (Tools Division) but after Atlas Copco took over the company we could not continue.

In the year 2012 we tied up with Kobelco of Japan (Compressor Division) where we gained lot of experience of making proposals with technical calculations & also services.

In 2015 ‘NEPL’ formed an association with MM Aqua Technologies Ltd. (Formerly Munters GMBH Germany) for Cooling Tower components like Drift Eliminators, Nozzels, Fills, Splash Bars and Side stream filters (Cyclone seperaters)

In 2015 August ‘NEPL’ was appointed Consultant Sales & Marketing to ‘Spig Cooling Towers India Pvt. Ltd.’ (wholly owned company of Spig S.p.a.Italy) ‘Spig’ is a Cooling Tower company having to its credit Global Cooling Tower Projects with strategic offices / factories in nine locations including India. ‘Spig’ specialises in Pultruded FRP Towers (having built the world’s largest Pultruded FRP Cooling Tower at Petro Rabigh Saudi Arabia with 48 cells and having a total flow rate of 2,10,000 m3/hr. Also Spig has a mastery of Air

Cooled Condensers and Air Finn Coolers, Natural Draft and Induced Draft RCC Cooling Towers. The association ended in December 2017 after SPIG was taken-over by Babcock-Wilcox USA.

Network Engitech Pvt formerly Network Agencies having a concept of Energy conservation and Industrial contribution on Power Saving is currently associates with TurboTech Precision Engineering Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore/USA for Energy Conservation Steam Turbines. The Company also works in the field of Gas Turbines. This association took place in 2018.

This is a ‘Network Group Company’ formed in 1986 as Marketing Company as Network Agencies in the field of Valves & Piping products, Pumps, Steam Traps, Fabricated Equipments, Valves refurbishment, Exotic Alloys & many such products. The Company had medium scale Representations & Agencies hence though in a small way since 1990 it ventured into Prestigious Project Supplies but continued into Maintenance requirements.

In 1992 the second Venture of ‘Network’ was started on the name of NETWORK ASSOCIATES. This company became a Sales Service Dealer to Greaves Cotton Ltd ( Premium Transmission Ltd ) details of the which can be viewed on www.networkassociates.co.in

In 2002 ‘Network’ joined hands for Gujarat Marketing & all the activities for GTPL ( A Gammon group Company) in the field of EPC Packages of Induced Draft Cooling Towers in RCC & Pultruded FRP. Here too the maintainace activities continued by way of Cooling Tower refurbishment. The details of the work are reflected in the certificate issued by GTPL.

Having gained all round experience in Marketing, Sales, EPC Marketing, Engineering, Services, & having developed special tooling for services the company ventured into the corporate status as Network EngiTech Pvt. Ltd.

The company also has its own well equipped workshop at GIDC Vadodara, Gujarat – India where major servicing, assembly activities are carried out with precision engineering. Especially for Worm Reduction, Helical, Cooling Tower Gearboxes, Fluid Couplings, Geared Motors fitted on various drives like Agitator, Cooling Tower, Mixers, Hoists, Gates, Elevators, ID/FD Fans or for that matter any Rotary Equipments.

‘NEPL’ also carries out site service jobs of the above products. All ‘NEPL’ services come with the one year warranty.

‘NEPL’ alongwith its associates carry out Refurbishment of Induced Draft Cooling Towers with FRP sections, Fan stacks and Moulded quality FRP Fans. The complete Drive including Motor, Carbon Fibre Shaft, Quality Cooling Tower Gearbox with Fans maintaining the Fan height in the ventury straight section for positive Air flow with minimum pressure drop.

At our GIDC unit we are carrying out Refurbishment of all above products with specialized tools, 20 Ton Hydraulic Puller with 450 dia. reach, 5 Ton trolly, hoisting arrangement, in- house material handling capacity of 5 Tons, out sourced Hydra, 20 Ton hydraulic press. NEPL carries out in house Testing, Pneumatic testing (of Fluid Coupling at 1.5 kg/cm2). After strip down dismantling of the product inspection of components is done. During sub assembly stage we carry out all procedures & checks, then final assembly is done by our team of experienced engineers. We carry out pre dispatch inspection & tests. The refurbished units are painted, packed & dispatched with certification. All units leaving our shop are made as good as new.

NEPL also carries out engineering & supply of EPC packages, inspection of complete drives with, clutch, brake and instrumentation, along with Gearboxes or Fluid Couplings. As the company has been in this field for more than two decades even old drives are assisted / refurbished with complete identification or suggestion of 1:1 replacement of spares & components. Standard make genuine Oil Seals, Bearings are used at our end.
