Research :Existing Product(At Airports)• Vehicle Used: Tractor• Power of the Vehicle: 35- 55 hp• Usage: Towing baggage trolleys, Stairs for

the aircraft ,conveyor belt for loading/unloading luggage, cargo movement

• Max Load Allowed: 6-7 tons, or 6-7trolleys, but normally carries 3-4 trolleys ofbaggage.

• Max Speed Allowed: 20-30 Km/hr.• Time to load and unload: 25- 30 min.• Trolley Dimension: 250 cmX150cm.

• Normally 2-3 tractors are used for one plane.

• Carry normally 4 trolley, leave it near plane,and then go for the ladder.

• Other tractor brings the conveyor belt forloading unloading.

• As soon as the trolley gets empty/ filled thefree tractors takes it to the baggage arrival ordeparture area, where it is being loaded orunloaded as per requirement.

• 2 lights on top so that it is visible in night fromthe plane.

• It detaches the trolley and the ladder at quite adistance from the plane as because of itsheight it cant go very close , so then it has tobe pushed by other people.

• One completely filled trolley weighs aroundone ton.
