h) make such other provisions in relation to road transport as appear to theState Government to be necessary or expeolent.

(2) If any police officer or any other p6rsonauthorised by the Sta~ Governmentin this behalf has reason to believe that any niotor vehicle is or is kept, in,or upon

(3) .Allrules :made under this ,Act shall be .subjeot to the condition of p:revipublication.

(4) Every rule made under this Act shall be laid as soon as may be after it is madebefore each House of the, State Legislature while it is in session for a total periodthirty days which. may be comprised in one session or in two successive sessions,and if, before the expiry of the session in which it is so laid or the session immediatelyfollowing, both Houses agree in making any modification in the rul\)or both Rouses.agree that the rule shoula not be made, the rule shall, from the date of publicationof a notification iti the Official Gazelt , of such decision, have effect only in 5.modified form or be of no effect, as the case may be; so however that anymodification or annulment shall be without prejudice to the validity or anythingpreviously done or omitted to be ~one under that rule..
