The main purpose of the role is to act as the rst point of contact

between patient and doctor, whilst maintaining condentiality and

ensuring reception runs efciently at all times. A exible approach

to working hours is essential.

Clinical Notes Summariser

We are looking to appoint a full time medical notes summariser

for an initial 6 month period. The role will involve reviewing the

medical records of newly registered patients, entering relevant

history in the patients electronic records and identifying signicant

medical information. You must have excellent knowledge of clinical

terminology, read coding and be accurate in data entry, offering a

degree of exibility in order to meet deadlines.
