Step 1The Best You

It is true what they say – looks don’t matter as much to women as they matter to men. However, this doesn’t mean that you have a free pass to not take care of yourself.

It just means that you don't need to worry about whether or not your jaw is perfectly chiseled or if you have 42” biceps. You don't have to have model looks, but you absolutely need to look your best.

If you're slacking in the hygiene area then she'll assume that you don't have the rest of your life together either.

Improve your look by...


➔Physical activity : lift weights, cross-fit, rock climbing, martial arts, etc.

➔Whiten Teeth : Women love a guy that has nice white teeth. Use Crest strips or a similar teeth whitening

product.

➔ Get a little color: You don't have to tan all the time but once every other

week or even once a month will brighten up your complexion.

All of the tips above are really easy to implement. One of the most important is to whiten your teeth.

I think 90% of women that I have talked to say that they like a guy that has a nice smile (nice teeth) and they like a guy that is confident.

The good thing is that – not only will you feel better after implementing these tips, but you will also feel more confident.

Lets move onto the next step...

Photos.


➔Buy clothes that fit : Stay away from baggy clothing. Find cool clothes that actually fit you. I recommend going to a few stores and asking the women that work there, what they think looks good

on you.

➔Cool Shoes : If you're going on a date or just going out with the guys; its much better to wear a nice pair of black shoes then to wear sneakers.

➔Stylish haircut : A well groomed appearance starts with a good haircut. Again, ask the stylist what they think looks good on you if you're not sure.

Step 2Get Some Nice Pictures Taken

Having nice pictures taken of yourself is really going to help you with online dating.

What you don't want to do is take a picture of yourself in the mirror – huge no, no. Also, no shirtless photo's (women hate those).

You'll want to either have a professional photographer take some photo's of you, or simply have one of your friends take a picture of you doing something interesting.

A nice, quality photo is going to set you apart from every other guy online. And in a crowded market space like online dating – having something that makes you stand out is important.

Okay. So you're looking good, feeling good, and you've taken some pictures.

Now lets start working on getting some dates.


Step 3Start Online Dating

Whether you're trying to find that special someone or to just date – it's always a good idea to pursue a few avenues. You don't want to just do online dating or just go to bars. You'll want to be present in several areas.

The first thing that you'll want to do is join a couple FREE dating sites. I like to use POF.com a.k.a plentyoffish.com and OKCupid.com.

You already have your photo, so upload it to the site and then write your profile. Use the same profile for both sites.

If you can't think of anything to write in your profile then make your profile more interesting by talking about things that you want to do. For example: “I've always wanted to go to Australia to see kangaroos and scuba dive.” OR - “One thing that I can't wait to learn is how to salsa dance.”

The reason that you want to do this is because it shows that you have goals and it gives her an opportunity to comment and say “I've


always wanted to go scuba diving too!”

Write less about facts i.e. “I like tennis, swimming, and sea food.” Write more about your personality i.e. “I'm the type of person that is always trying to learn new things.”

Facts are boring. Describe your personality and how you act in certain situations – this will be much more entertaining and she will feel more compelled to write back to you.

If FREE sites aren’t working try this...

Sometimes the free dating sites can be tough because there’s so many people on them. Attractive women will literally get 100's of messages a week.

For less competition try paid online dating sites like Match.com (a month membership is about $34.00).

Paid sites tend to be a little more serious than free sites – people are actually on match.com to get dates and not just play around.

Once you're all set up...Send out at least 5 e-mails a day.


You'll want to send out a lot of e-mails to give yourself the best chance to get more dates. In addition, online dating/e-mailing is a great way to practice flirting/starting conversations.

Keep it simple...

I've found that the best way to send e-mails is to keep it short and sweet (your profile and your picture will do most of the talking). The goal is not to e-mail back and forth with her forever; you need to get her out on a date.

Look at her profile and her pictures, then find something unique to her that you like so that you can give her a genuine compliment. For example: “I like the picture of you hiking – its shows that you're adventurous.” OR “I like that you're really close with your family, it shows me that you're a genuine person.”

Once you give her a genuine reason why you like her (more than just her looks) You will want to ask her out in the very same e-mail; this will show her that you're confident and that you're a leader.

For example...

The first e-mail that you send her might look like this...


You might notice in the first part of the message where I say; “There's three things that I like about you...” that I only tell her two things that I like. I call this “conversation bait.” Often times she will say “wait, you only described two things – what is the other thing?”

I will then say something like; “Well I can't tell you the other one yet.” This will keep her interested and make her feel like “chasing” me because she wants to know what I think of her (It's a bit of an advanced technique that will be covered in future lessons) But right now I just want to get you on some dates.

She also might comment on the date choices. She could say something like “I have always wanted to go salsa dancing.” From here I would just message her back and say; “I have some time Friday – what's your number?”

Being direct like this will make you stand out from every other guy. Most guys don't have a plan and will wait


There's three things I like about you; You're athletic and you're close with your family – it

shows me that you're a genuine person.

What do you like better – bowling, sushi, or salsa dancing? I have a few free hours on

Friday to go on an adventure.

until they know exactly what she likes or what she wants to do before asking her out. But what they don't know is that women want YOU to plan the date and to take charge of the interaction.

Women don't want to message back and forth forever, they want you to ask them out.

Let her know that you want to take her out and that when you do it's going to be an awesome time. Letting women know that you're a guy with a plan, will get you closer to three dates a week.

Which lead us to step 4...

Step 4Think Of Three Date Ideas

One of the worst things that you could say when you're meeting a women is “Let's go out sometime.” It's like saying that it's not going to happen. She's not sure if you're serious or if you'll follow through.

It is much better to say to her; “I'm going to a salsa dance Thursday – come with me.” Now she knows that you are serious. And she sees you as a cool guy that has things to do. If she says that she's busy on Thursday simply ask her “what day are you free?”

Then schedule a date for another day by saying;“OK, let's do sushi on Monday.”


What you need to do...

You need to come up with at least three date ideas. What do you like to do on dates?

Three of my favorite dates are; sushi, bowling, and salsa dancing. Brainstorm and come up with three date ideas that you like. Now when you're talking to women in person or online you will know exactly what you want to do for the date.

Remember: even if she doesn’t like the date idea that you propose, she will LOVE that you had a plan and a suggestion - trust me.

Step 5Start A New Activity

By far one of the easiest and most natural ways to meet women is through a social circle. It is a lot less intimidating for a friend to introduce you to a women, then it is to meet her at a coffee shop or at a bar/club. Moreover, when your friend introduces you to her she will be a lot less intimidated i.e. she won't get the feeling that you're just another creeper hitting on her.

More friends = More dates


A great way to start making more friends and to grow your social circle is to start doing new activities.

What have you always wanted to try? Maybe it's a martial art, or rock climbing, or yoga – it could be anything.

The point is to go out and be social. From there you will be invited to parties, gatherings, and other events that will provide you with a great opportunity to meet more women and get more dates.

Tip: If you like going to bars and clubs. Your new activity can be taking some dance lessons. Not only will you be able to meet women at the dance lessons but you will be the “man” at the clubs too.

Step 6 Go To Singles Events

Start going to singles events. Singles events are a great way to meet people AND to practice. You may not be attracted to every female at the speed dating event, but just think of all the practice that you will get flirting and communicating.

Singles events will also provide a nice non-intimidating environment because you know that everyone there is looking for the same thing. You won't have to wonder if they are single or not.


I have gone to a lot of singles events and I always have a good time. All of the events that I have been to are usually early in the night – which will give you time to do something after the event ends. There have been many times where I met a girl at an event and went out with her right after it.

One of the absolute best Free ways to find different singles events and other activities is on Meetup.com. There are A LOT of singles groups as well as groups in almost any category that you can think of. Definitely go onto meetup.com and start searching for singles groups in your area tonight.

Step 7Conversation Starters

How to approach women is where a lot of guys get stuck – they think “what do I say?”

Here are some openers that I use...


What are you celebrating?

Hi, My names Mike

You know what I like about you? (you're the best dancer here, etc.)

You have a badass style – I had to come talk to you.

I like your style – what's your name?

This is random – but are you single?

Notice that the openers are not complicated at all, and they don't have to be. The opener or conversation starter is only for getting her attention – that's it.

Once you have her attention you will need to transition into a normal conversation. The simplest way to do this is by telling stories – which leads us to the next step...

Step 8Tell Stories

How many times have you been stuck in a conversation that goes absolutely nowhere? You ask question after question but feel like you still know nothing about her?

A bunch of times I'm sure.

You see - what a lot of guys don't know is...

That men are generally more logical thinkers and women are much more emotional. When talking to one of your guy friends you will talk about facts – who, what, why, when, where. But women want to know about feelings and experiences.

Therefore, asking a bunch of questions will never engage women emotionally and will never excite them. You need to tell stories. Picture yourself sitting around a campfire sharing one of your best stories.


Let me ask you...Does the below conversation sound familiar?

These types of conversations are all to common and could

be avoided by adding in stories.


Guy: Hi, what's your name?

Girl: Jessica

Guy: My names John

Girl: Nice to meet you john

Guy: Where are you from?

Girl: Miami

Guy: Oh cool, I'm from Boston

Girl: Cool

Guy: What do you do?

Girl: I'm a teacher. You?

Guy: I'm a programmer

Girl: Nice

Guy: How long have you been teaching?

Girl: About four years

Guy: Wow that's a long time

(awkward silence)

Guy: Okay well it was nice to meet you

Girl: You too

Below is an example of a better conversation...

You can see how just adding a quick story or talking about something that you've done can change everything. The above example was quick, but if I was talking to her in real life I could elaborate on my Vegas road trip story


Guy: Hi, my names Mike

Girl: Hi, I'm Jessica

Guy: Where are you from?

Girl: Miami

Guy: One day I'm going to go there but guess where I went last summer? I took a road trip to

Vegas – It was so crazy. I drove all the way there with no break – thank god for redbull.

Girl: Really?

Guy:Yup. Are you adventurous? Would you just pack up and drive to Vegas like that?

Girl: Hell ya I would!

Guy: Ha you're awesome – give me a hug

Girl: You know where I want to go? Australia

Guy: Did you bring your safari clothes with you? Let's go to Australia right now and go on safari!

Girl: Ha OK! Let's do it

and what made it exciting - but I think you get the point.

(There are a couple other techniques used in the mock conversation such as flirting and “shaping” – but you will learn about that later).

Telling stories will also help you out so much when it comes to flirting and teasing. You will learn about her personality (which is exactly what you want) and that is how you will be able to playfully tease her – and women love it. And she will also learn a lot about you – much more so then just asking a bunch of questions.

So, how do you get started?

You'll want to have at least three stories that you can use at anytime. Remember step 5? Create a story based around the new activity that you've been doing. The best thing is that – even if your story happened a month ago you can still tell it to her tonight!

For example...

Guy: You seem athletic – have you ever been rock climbing?Girl: I haven’t Guy: I went the other day and it was so amazing but the first

time that I went – I was half way up the wall and realized that the rope was tied wrong – so I thought for a second “oh man I'm screwed” but then I said to myself “OK guess I have to climb the rest with no rope.” I was nervous but I kept climbing and made it to the top and went down the ladder on the other side. It was intense.


Notice in the story that there is “feelings” the feeling of being nervous, or scared of heights, etc. From here she can comment on a bunch of different things. She can talk about when she was scared, a time that she was in trouble, something that she overcame, etc. etc.

This is why telling stories is so important. You will never have so many conversation topics open up just from asking a bunch of questions. But you will have endless topics to talk about after telling a couple stories.

Your story should be about...

The story can literally be about anything. But if it's a story about overcoming odds/how you persevered or travel/adventure, then you can't go wrong. Just think of three experiences that you've had and make them into a story that you can tell. Have a quick version of the story (30 seconds) and then have a longer version (2 minutes or so) that you can bust out when needed.

Transitioning into your story...

In order to transition into the story during the conversation use phrases like:

“That reminds me of...”“That's like when...”Or make an observation about her...“You're athletic right? Have you ever been...”“Are you the adventurous type? I went on a crazy adventure the other day...”

After using the transition phrase just go to your story. There are


endless ways to transition, it doesn’t have to be perfect.

Practice telling your stories and you will improve your results with women tremendously. You will be pleasantly surprised at the results you'll be getting.

You won't be having boring conversations any longer.

Step 9Get her phone number

Getting her phone number can be very easy if you follow my method. The reason that most guys get nervous asking for the phone number is because they don't “set it up.” They will just say “Let's hangout sometime.”

What you need to do is have a real reason to get her number. This way she will be less likely to “flake” and actually return your call/text. This is where the previous steps of starting a new activity and telling stories will come in really handy.

For example: If your new activity was rock climbing your conversation might go like this...

Guy: I like your style I had to come meet you, my names MikeGirl: Hi, I'm Jessica

Guy: I like your shoes but they look really painfulGirl: Ha, they are

Guy: It reminds me of the rock climbing shoes that I wore the other day, they were the most painful shoes ever!


Girl: You rock climb? Guy: I just started going, it's really fun

Girl: I've never beenGuy: Well you seem adventurous you would probably like it. I'm going next

Thursday, you should come with me. Girl: Ok

Guy: (pulls out phone) I'll give you a call Wednesday nightGirl: (puts in her phone number)

Once you mention something that you have done or an activity that you do, it will make it very easy to exchange phone numbers.

If you keep going on asking questions and then say “by the way what's your number?” It will feel awkward for you and her.

You can also do the same thing when you tell stories.

Here is another example:

(Girl at the coffee shop)Guy: Your bracelet is kinda cool

Girl: ThanksGuy: It kind of reminds me of this 50's style swing

dance that I went to last week. The instructor brought me up on stage – I was kind of nervous at first but

then it ended up being one of the most fun times ever. Girl: That sounds fun

Guy: Do you like trying new things and getting out of your comfort zone?

Girl: I doGuy: Okay – I have to go but let me get your number

and we can go dancing tomorrow.Girl: Okay my number is...


One of the BEST aspects about mentioning something that you have been doing is that; If she is ALREADY interested in you, she will let you know by saying something like “cool, I have always wanted to try that.” Or “That sounds like fun.”

When you hear a girl say something similar to the statements above; she is interested and you need to ask for her number.

Now you know what you need to do to become attractive to women, where to find dates, and how to ask for her phone

number.

Continue to follow these 8 steps and your dating life will take off. Your results with women will improve dramatically.

she is interested, and then ask for her phone number.
