Placement Process Detailed Placement Process

• Companies can express their interest in visiting the campus for recruitment by sending the filled Company Information Form (CIF).

• The companies are invited to conduct the Pre-placement talks. This gives the students, a clear picture of the profile being offered and helps them in making an informed choice about the company.

A pre-placement talk must include the following:

• Company Background

• Profile being offered

• Career path in the organization

• Compensation offered

• In case the company is not able to visit the campus for the pre-placement talk, it can mail its presentation together with detailed profile description to the placement cell. The

• placement cell will ensure that the information reaches to the concerned students.

• The companies are given slots by the placement cell on the basis of the profile being offered.

• Resumes of the interested students are sent to the company.

• The company sends the short-list to the department.

• The company visits the campus during the given slot and conducts the recruitment process.
