The Central PA Convention & Visitors Bureau is recognized by the PA Department of Community and Economic Development and has been the official destination marketing organization for Centre County since 1963, representing the destination by using a consistently branded message to target various markets. The CPCVB is governed by a Board of Directors elected from the membership. Your membership connects you to a network of business professionals who understand travel and tourism are vital to the overall success and economic strength of the region. The Centre County/Penn State Visitors Center features a state-of-the- art Interactive Tourism Network Kiosk, exhibit area, brochure racks, 124 seat auditorium with projector and dvd player, wireless internet, retail and vending area. The visitor center is open and front desk is staffed seven days a week.
