Flexible Screw Conveyor

Flexible screws, or flexible screw conveyors operate in any plane from horizontal to vertical and can bend around corners. They are mainly used in the pharmaceuticals, chemicals, foods and plastics industries and are ideal for both powders and granules.

The auger rotates at 580rpm, providing a high capacity throughput with a small diameter tube.

The “Patented” Olds Elevator is a very unique vertical conveyor / elevator with only one moving part, the outer casing. The rotating tubular casing with in-feed scoops fills the conveyor’s pipe and then utilising a combination of rotational and frictional force, the material is guided by the helix to the discharge point.

The Aero Mechanical Conveyor (AMC) is a tubular conveyor with a steel wire rope fitted with plastic discs within. Its high speed and fluidising action makes it an extremely efficient method of transport for powders & granules.
