MIR’s Features in Previous Years• Originally developed during closeout of Year 17 (Spring 2008) for

performance-based contracts

• Monthly report which provides an itemized listing and summary count of the services recognized by HIVCS’ payment system

• Enhanced during closeout of Year 18 (Spring 2009) to mark services recognized by HIVCS’ payment system that have been reviewed and found to be problematic

What’s New in the 2010 MIR?• The Monthly Totals section now displays the projections for each

service for each month, and calculates the % completed for that month.

• There is a section for Year To Date totals. It also compares services performed with projections and calculates the % completed. In addition, it shows subtotals by service family.

• MIR is now distributed to cost-based contracts.

• There is a Summary of Issues Noted section that summarizes and calculates the ongoing value of problematic items. This replaces the report previously produced at closeout.
