The Haitian Mars Series has integrated all o
the benefts o the traditional hydraulic driven
Haitian Saturn Series, but are enhanced by the
use o a high powered servo motor dynamic
control system. This system is an innovation in
hydraulic injection molding machine design,
which improves molding precision and signif-
cantly reduces energy consumption.
Clamping unit
The power ul kinematics o the proved 5-point
double toggle represent economical speed and
power processes. This allows high sensitivity in
the opening and closing processes and protects
tools rom excessive wear and tear. The ast
mold closing device is optimized to shorten thecycle time.
Injection unit:
The optimization o the injection unit is pro-
viding or higher precision and stability. The
orce is always applied centrally as the two
drive cylinder or the unit movement and two
injection cylinders or screw injection. There
are three di erent screw sizes to be selected
according to process and application. The bar-
rel temperature can be set and monitored by
the control.
Hydraulic system:The energy-saving hydraulics are tted with
sound reduced and are made o high-quality
European components. They allow much
greater orces to be trans erred and enable
very uni orm and precision movements o the
machine.

The Haitian Mars Series uses the latest control technol-ogy rom Keba. This high-per ormance control systemprvides the ideal communication between the injec-tion molding machine and the operator. The uni ormoperating concept and logical, clear structure o the

Model 1075 is suitable or standard applications, whilemodel 4030 lends itsel to more complex injectionmolding processes. Both versions are curr ently deliv-ered in 15 languages.

processing ruler by an energy-saving machine
