Create Support Groups Numerous studies have shown that people who belong to support groups are able to lose more weight and keep it off for longer than those who go it alone. Help your clients create support groups where they can support each other, share experiences, offer ideas, even exercise together. You can be a part of that support group by organizing meetings, emailing tips and ideas, and sharing weight-loss product information.
