MANAGEMENT CONSULTING PROJECT

MCPExcellence at your service

INCAE Business School presents the Management Consulting Project MCP 2016 created to contribute to the competitiveness and sustainability of enterprises in the region.

The MCP involves highly qualified professionals, who have completed all the courses of the MBA program at INCAE and will provide consulting services to multinational, regional and local companies and to non-governmental entities.

As a high value-added initiative seeking to generate practical and effective solutions, the consulting teams will provide the knowledge they have acquired about Latin American business landscape, with a global perspective, a powerful analysis capacity and a solid understanding of competitiveness and sustainability. Their work will extend from January to May of 2016.

To ensure the excellence that distinguishes INCAE, the teams will receive close supervision by a Leadership Team that includes experienced professors and corporate leaders.

Clients who have had previous experience with the MCP have expressed that the consulting projects have generated extremely positive results. INCAE would like to share with your company the opportunity to benefit from this program.

MCP Clients do not have to pay for professional consulting fees. They need only cover the team’s required logistical expenses (travel, hotel and per diem), as well as any direct costs related to the consulting project.
