Calculation – Measurement and Monitoring
Update the GHG inventory monthly to govern the monthly carbon
footprint ensures the office’s carbon emissions are kept at a reasonable
level
Necessary action shall be taken if there are abnormal movement in the
monitoring report
Cut – Carbon Reduction Strategy and Action
Energy Consumption
Change to energy efficient lighting (T5 and LED)
Office Lighting Study (lux level measurement)
Rewiring the overhead lighting to create more lighting zones
Switch off lights, air-conditioning, computers, monitors and
peripheral devices before leaving the office
Setting of all copiers to sleep mode when not in use more than 30
minutes

Use energy saving lighting, rechargeable batteries and facilities with
energy-efficient labels.

Joined the Food Wise HK Campaign initiated by the Environment
Bureau to promote reduction of food waste from the community, and
