5. GENERAL INFORMATION

a. ORGANISER’S and CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICES TheOrganizer’sandCustomerServiceOfficesarelocatedalongtheCentralBoulevard,nearthemainentrancesof Halls 2 & 4 of Expo Centre Sharjah. TheOrganizer’sandCustomerServiceOfficesarestaffedduringbuild-up,exhibitionanddismantlingdaysonly.

b. BUILD-UP PERIOD Theexhibitionhallswillbeopenfrom9amto5pmonthe30 March, 2018 Thehallswillbeclosedtoallcontractorsandexhibitorsfrom10pmto12midnightofthe2 April, 2018 for cleaning and maintenance operations. Contractorstofollowtheprocedures/standardsofExpoCentreSharjah.Lateconstructionsandanyextratimetaken forboothconstructionwillbecharged

c. OPENING DAY Exhibitionhallsopentovisitorsat11.00am,officialopeningwilltakeplaceat11.00am. DuringtheVIP’stourofthehalls,allexhibitorsarerequestedtoremainattheirrespectivestands. Exhibitmaterials,includingbrochures,posters,samples,etc.beingbroughttothehallsontheopeningdaywillnotbe permittedthroughthefrontmainentrancedoors,aservicedoorattherearofthehallswillbeallocatedforthispurpose. Late display charges of US$ 500

Thehallswillbeopentoexhibitorsandcontractorstwo(2)hourspriortotheOfficialOpeningtime.Exhibitorsare requestedtoarriveone(1)hourpriortotheofficialopening.

RE-STOCKING AND REPAIR DeliveriesorcollectionofexhibitsaswellasmajorstandanddisplayalterationsSHOULDNOTBEcarriedout duringtheexhibitionhours.Forsecurityreasons,re-stockingcanONLYbedonedailyduringthespecifiedhours mentioned in the respective exhibition move-in schedules. Underspecialcircumstances,permissionfromtheOperationsDepartmentmaybegrantedformaintenanceorrepair workonlyafterexhibitionhours. Gate Passes are required should the exhibitor plan to remove any goods from the Exhibition Hall. These passes are availableeitherattheCustomerServiceofficeortheOrganizer’soffice,locatedattheCentralBoulevard..

THE SHARJAH POLICE SECURITY CHECKS Beforetheofficialopeningofanexhibition,theSharjahPolicewillcarryoutanumberofsecurity checks. officialopeningtime.Usuallyaccesstothehallswillbepermitteduptotwo(2)hoursinadvanceoftheofficial opening ceremony. Itisrecommendedthatalldisplayitems,brochures,leafletsandposters,etc.shouldbeinthehall priortotheopeningday.Largequantitiesofpromotionalmaterialwillnotbepermittedintothehallsuntiltheofficial openingiscompleteandtheVIPhasleft. ForyourownconvenienceandinordertoassistSharjahPoliceincarryingoutthesechecksyouarerequestedto:

For security reasons, please do not leave your stand unmanned at any time during the exhibition hours.

Gate PassesarerequiredshouldExhibitorswishtoremoveanygoodsfromtheExhibitionHalls These passes are available from the Customer Service department located beside the entrance of Hall 2.

h. TELEPHONES Exhibitorswishingtoavailoftelephoneorothercommunicationfacilitiesshouldplacetheirorderusingthe Tele-Communications Equipment Form. Thosewhohaverequestedatelephonelinemustnotethatalltheinstrumentshaveanoptionalcodelocktobar chargeablecalls.However,callsfree-of-chargecanbemadewithinSharjah(localcalls). Please contact the Customer Service should you require the code to your instrument.

Remember to keep it locked at all times to prevent misuse. Theexhibitorisresponsiblefortheinstrumentandanydamagetoitwillbechargedaccordingly.

The Organizers have arranged an on-site catering service fordailydeliverytoexhibitorísstands.Exhibitorswishingtoofferfoodandbeveragesofanykind totheirvisitorsmustobtainallsuppliesfromtheOfficialCaterersonsite.Itisstrictlyprohibitedto bring foodstuff and beverages into the Halls from outside suppliers.

7. COMMUNICATION FACILITIES Employing cutting-edge communications technology, the column-free exhibition halls technical capabilities include suchadvancedfeaturesaswirelessdata,Internetandtelephoneconnectivityandanonlineleadretrievalsystemforits participants.Publictelephones(cardoperated)andATMmachinesareavailablealongthecentralboulevardforuseof ExhibitorsandVisitors.

Temporarytelephoneorfacsimilelineswithworldwideaccessandcode-barringfacilitycanbeinstalledatyourstand duringtheExhibitionperiod.Exhibitorswishingtoavailofthesefacilities,shouldplacetheirorderinFormNo.7.A statement,includingaprintoutoflineusage,andanyrefundwillbegiventoExhibitorsonthelasthourofthelastday of the event.Should theusageexceed theunits allocatedunder the advancebond,Exhibitorswill have topay the amount on the spot.

Facsimile and photocopying facilities are available at the Customer Service located along the Central Boulevard beside the main entrance of Hall 2.

Internet Wireless access is available in the Exhibition Halls and in the Central Boulevard, using a Pre-paid Hotspots card from Etisalat. These Pre-paid Hotspots card are available in any Etisalat outlet.

8. SECURITY

TheOrganizerwillengageasecurityagencytoensurethesecurityattheExhibitionHalls.Whilewemakeallreasonable arrangementsforsecuritycoverage,wearenotresponsibleforthesecurityofastand,itsexhibitsandcontents (thatincludespersonalproperty).ThementioneditemswillbethesoleresponsibilityoftheExhibitor.

AllExhibitorsmustarrangetheirowninsurancetocoverallrisksandstages(rightfromtheshipmentdatetillthe re-shipmentofgoods).

It is also recommended that one booth attendant should be present on the stand at least half an hour before the Exhibition opens and again until all visitors have left the halls. The stand should not be left unmanned at any time during the open periods.

In the interestofsecurity,goodsmaynotberemovedfromtheExhibitionHallswithoutasecurityclearanceform. Security clearance form must be completed and attached to all goods leaving the exhibition. Persons removing the goodsmustbewearingtheirbadges.

Should you require special security guard service arrangements can be made by contacting the Project Manager on site.

9. TEMPORARY PERSONNEL/BOOTH ATTENDANT

The Organizer can make arrangements for temporary staff including interpreters, receptionist, secretaries and general boothattendants.Costsareasfollows:

ExhibitorsrequiringabovestaffshouldcontacttheOrganizerandarrangementswillbemadeasrequested. Payment for such services should be made direct by Exhibitors to Staff supplied.

10. CAR PARKING

Amplecarparkinglotsthatcouldaccommodate1600carsareavailablewithinthepremisesofthe Expo Centre Sharjah - FREE OF COST.

11. ADMISSION OF EXHIBITOR STAND PERSONNEL

It is essential that you return the appropriate reply form to ensure your name Badges are available at the registration desk.Nopersonnelwillbeallowedtoentertheexhibitionareawithouttheappropriatebadge. This includes during build-up and dismantling periods.

12. INSURANCE

The organizer shall not be held responsible for the loss or damage to any property of the exhibitor or any other person causedbytheft,fire,defectintheExpoCentreExhibitionHalls,storm,tempest,lightning,nationalemergency,civil unrest,war,labordisputes,lockouts,explosions,actsofGodandgeneralcasesofforcemajeurewhetherornotejustrem generiswiththeforegoingoranycausenotwithintheorganizeríscontrolorforanylossordamagesustainedinthe event that the opening or holding of the exhibition is prevented, postponed or abandoned or if the Hall becomes totally or partially unavailable for the holding of the exhibition due to any of the foregoing causes. The exhibitor shall indemnify and hold the organizer safe and harmless from all loss and damage to person or property and all claims arising out of the exhibitorísstandfittingsandfortheexhibitorísportionoftheshellschemeandforanylossordamagetothebasicshell scheme stand. The exhibitor is advised to take out insurance cover for the purpose of indemnifying the organizer as aforesaid and also to cover itself all risks in respect of the organizer is expressed not to be responsible in these conditions.

13. ADMISSION OF CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL

“Contractor Badges” permittingNon-Official Contractors and theirworkmen to enter the ExhibitionHalls for the purposeofconstructionanddismantlingduringthebuild-upanddismantlingperiods,willbeissuedonlyupondirect applicationtotheTechnicalManagerofourOfficialStandBuildingContractor.

Pleaseensurethatallyourworkmen/contractorsweartheirbadgesatalltimesduringthebuild-upanddismantling periodswhileworkingontheirstands.WorkmenwithouttheiridentificationBadgesmaybedeniedaccesstothe Exhibition Hall by our Security Personnel.

14. RULES AND REGULATIONS

The Rules and Regulations stipulated herein are for security and safety reasons. Exhibitors and Contractors must observe the rules and regulations to ensure smooth operation.

a. Stand Fitting Regulations TheOrganizerwillendeavortoinformtheExhibitorofchangestorules,regulations,by-lawsandordinances thatwouldaffecttheExhibition.

I. SHELL SCHEME Allstandfittinganddisplaymustbecontainedwithintheshellschemestructureandshouldnotexceed2.5metersin height.Noprojectionsintogangwayswillbepermitted.

NoNailing,DrillingorPaintingontheShellSchemepanelsandaluminiumcomponentsisallowed. ExhibitorswhowishtohavepanelspaintedorwithfinishingtreatmentmustordertheminadvancefromtheOrganizer ortheOfficialStandContractor.

AnychangetothetypeorcolorofthefloorcoveringalsorequiresapermissionfromtheOrganizerortheOfficial StandContractor.NofinancialcreditwillbegivenforanyStandardamenitythatisnotutilizedbytheExhibitor.

AnyExhibitoroccupyingan“Island”ShellschemeorUpgradedStandisnotpermittedtoblockmorethan50%of anysideofthestand.Likewise,acornerboothisnotpermittedtofullycloseanypartofthecornerevenifitistobe usedfordisplay,soasnottoblocktheviewofotherstands.

II. SPACE ONLY Standfittinganddisplayworkon“SpaceOnly”standsinsidetheHallshouldnotexceed6.00metersinheightinthe Hallsand3.50metersintheCentralBoulevardwithoutthewrittenpermissionoftheOrganizersortheOperations Department of Expo Centre Sharjah. For Stand Building Contractors NoNon-OfficialContractorwillbeallowedtocarryoutconstructionordecorationofa“SpaceOnly” standwithoutthewrittenpermissionoftheOrganizerortheOperationsDepartmentofExpoCentreSharjah.

ANon-OfficialContractorwillberequiredtopayarefundable“PerformanceBond”ofDhs.100persquaremeterofa maximum of Dhs. 10,000 to the Operations Department of Expo Centre Sharjah, before the Contractor’s Badges are issuedtostartwork.ThisistoguaranteetheobservanceoftheRulesandRegulationsofthevenueandtoensure completionofwork,completeremovalofdebrisandtocoveranydamagesdonetotheExhibitionhallsandExhibits.

DetailsoftheNon-OfficialContractorshouldbefilledintheStandBuilidingContractorform.Thistogetherwiththe standdesign,layoutandspecificationswhichwasapprovedatleast60dayspriortothemove-indateandtheperformance bond, should be submitted to the Operations Department to obtain a permission to build.

Non-OfficialContractorsmustensurethatalltheirworkmenweartheirbadgesatalltimesduringthebuild-upand dismantlingperiodswhileworkingontheirstandortheymaybedeniedaccesstotheExhibitionHallbytheSecurity personnel.

For Exhibitors and Stand Building Contractors DimensioneddrawingsofallSpaceOnlystandsmustbesenttotheOrganizerforapproval,notlaterthan30daysprior totheshow.TheOrganizersreservetherighttorejectadesignlikelytounreasonablyaffectnearbyExhibitorsitesin anyway.

Nopartofthestandorexhibitsincludingfascia,signs,lighting,beamsandpostsorotherfittingsshallprojectintoor overhang any gangway or adjacent stands, thatmay obscure any fire or exit signs and exit facility or inhibits the movement of other exhibitors and freight.

SupportorSuspensionfromtheceilingspaceframeofanystructuralpartofastandisnotallowedwithouttheclearance from the Organizer or the Operations Department.

All painted structures should be pre-finished (Eg. Puttied, Sanded and Primer-coated) upon delivery into the hall. Any material to be used for finishing of the stand should be water-based.

Sanding and the use of paint sprayers inside the halls are not permitted. The surrounding surface of the stand area must be protected by plastic sheeting if on-site finishing decorations are necessary.

ItistheresponsibilityofallSpaceOnlystandslocatedondividedareastoprovidetheirownwall/dividingpanels insteadofusingthebackwallsoftheadjacentstand.Standswithouttheirowndividingwallwillnotbeprovided withalternativepanelsbytheOrganizer.

Visibleareasatthebackofthestandmustappearcleanandinauniform,neutralcolor.Ifthevisiblewallisadjacent to another stand, it should not display any logo or graphics that advertises on the adjacent side.

ProvisionforaspecialrampforhandicappedvisitorsinstandswithaplatformisaMUSTforstandareasofmorethan 36 square meters.

Construction of Double Deck Stands Standfittinganddisplayworkon“DoubleDecker”Standsshouldnotexceed6.0minheight.NoStandBuilding ContractorisallowedtocarryoutconstructionofDouble-Deckerstandsuntilnecessarypermissionisobtainedfrom the Organizer or the Operations Department of Expo Centre Sharjah.

TheExhibitororStandbuildingcontractorshouldsubmitfullstructuraldrawings,theplan,frontandsideelevations andsections,andwherenecessary,detailsofthestaircase,beams,columnsandbaseplateshowingtheloadbearing calculations. These should be submitted to obtain permission, at least 60 days before the scheduled move-in for the show.

TheDoubleDeckerstandshouldbecompletedatleast24hoursbeforetheopeningoftheshowtoallowforinspection by the Operations Department of Expo Centre Sharjah.

The Stand Building contractor must hold an appropriate Public Liability Insurance policy. b. Floor Loading Capacity ThefloorloadingcapacityintheHallsis1,500Kgspersquaremeter.Exhibitorswithheavierexhibitsshouldsendfull details,includingtheexactpositionoftheexhibit,totheOrganizertoascertainwhetherspecialweight-spreading facilitiesarenecessary.Individualloadbearingcolumnsetc.shouldnotbelocatedonfloorductcovers. Anydamagedonetofloor-ductcoverseitherbytheexhibitororbytheircontractorwillbechargedaccordingly.

c. External Display Space Care must be taken at all times to avoid damaging the brick surface and Exhibitors occupying more space than that reservedwillbeinvoicedfortheadditionalarea.Equipmentthatrequiresplacingeitherbyfork-liftorbycraneMUST behandledbytheOfficialFreightForwarder(seepage11).NovehiclesmaybedrivenontotheforecourtoftheHalls withoutspecificauthorityfromtheOrganizers.Tracklayingvehiclesfordisplaymayonlybemovedtotheirdisplay area on timber sheets to protect the forecourt surface from damage. Driptrays,sandorwoodchipmustbelacedbeneathallmachinery/vehicleswherethereisanypossibilityofoilleakage. Thecapstofueltanksmusteitherbelockedorwiredclosed.

MainselectricalserviceswillbeavailabletoallexternallocationsandonlytheOfficialElectricalContractor (ExpoCentreSharjah)isauthorizedtoprovidesuchservices. Free-standinggeneratorswillnotbepermitted.Specialarrangementsmustbemadeforthestorageofdieseloilfor machinery to be demonstrated in action and such fuel must be stored in approved bounded oil storage tanks.

d. Electrical Requirements 1.ExpoCentreSharjah,TechnicalDivisionwillbesolelyresponsiblefortheinstallationofthemainssupplycableto each stand, but it is the Exhibitorís responsibility to supply mains distribution board, fused isolator or circuit breaker, fittedwithanearthleakageprotectorofnotmorethan30Ma.

2.Wiringinstallationsshallbeeffectivelybondedtoearthandallwiringshallbe3coretwinandearth,notlessthan 1.5mmcrosssectionandbeinPVC,elastomersorotherapprovedplasticsheeting.Jointsshallnotbemadeexceptwhen connectingintoacircuitandinsulatedscrewedconnectorsshallbeusedandtotallyenclosedininsulatedenclosures.

3.Thecostofmainssuppliestospaceonly,standsarenotincludedinthe“spaceonly”price.Allexhibitorsarerequired tosubmittheirorderforelectricalmainsupply,usingFormno.4,togetherwithitsdetailsandlocationtobeindicated on the grid plan provided. Orderswithouttheirlocationarenotvalidandwillnotbesupplied. Orders received after 4 March, 2018 will be subjected to a 20% surcharge

4.Three spotlightsandone10Ampsocketper9sq.m.are included in thecostof shell schemestand.Three-phase suppliesandconnectionson24hourssupplywill,however,bechargedextra.

5. The standard mains supplies at the Exhibition are: single phase 220 volts 50Hz and three phase 380 volts 50Hz

6.Generallightingisprovidedinthehall.However,additionallightingmaybeconsiderednecessaryandExhibitorsare recommendedtoconsidertheirneedsandordertheirrequirementusingFormNo.4.

7.Allon-siteelectricalworkmustbecarriedoutbyExpoCentreSharjah-TechnicalDivisionand, in theeventof Exhibitorsinstallingelectricstotheirownprefabricateddisplays,suchinstallationsmustconformwithIEERegulations andwillbesubjecttoinspectionandapprovalbeforeconnectiontothemainssupply.TheOrganizersreservetheright to disconnect any installation that, in their opinion, is dangerous or likely to cause annoyance to visitors or other Exhibitors.

8.Electricalinstallationstoshellstandsrequirespecialfastening,clipsandbracketstofit thealuminumextrusions. UndernocircumstancesmayExhibitorsmodifythisworkorcarryouttheirowninstallation.Exhibitorsarealsoadvised touseONLYthebulbsprovidedbytheOfficialStandContractorandnottochangeittoamorepowerfulbulbsthereby exceeding the normal electrical load of a standard shell scheme stand.

9. Please complete and return Form 4 by 4 March, 2018 giving details of electricalwork required, indicating on thegridplanonthereversesideofForm4,thepositioningofelectricalfittings.

e. Flammable Gases/Toxic Chemicals Exhibitorswishingtoincorporatetheuseofflammablegasesortoxicchemicalsaspartoftheirexhibitsshouldcheck withtheOrganizersinadvance,inordertoestablishthehealthandsafetyregulationsandtherestrictionswhichare placed by the Hall authorities regarding such usage.

f. Air - Conditioning TheindoorExhibitionHallsarefullyair-conditioned.Air-conditioningwillbeprovidedonthelastdayofthebuild-up, throughouttheexhibitionperiodandthefirstdayofdismantlingperiod.

g. Compressed Air CompressedairwillbeprovidedbytheOrganizerforanyexhibitsthatrequireairinflation.Theexactlocationofsupply willbeknowntoExhibitorsinduecourse. Please complete and return Form 6 on or before 4 March, 2018 for your requirement.

h. Water Supply And Drainage Watersupplyisavailableunderfloortrunkings.Ifwatersupplyisessentialtoexhibits,detailsmustbegiventothe OfficialStandBuildingContractor. Please complete and return Form 5 on or before 4 March, 2018 for your requirement.

i. Presentation of Exhibits ExhibitorsmustdisplaytheirexhibitsthroughouttheperiodoftheExhibition.NoExhibitorwillbeallowedtoremove exhibitsfromtheExhibitionfloor,priortotheofficialterminationoftheExhibition.

j. Delivery of Exhibits ExhibitsshouldonlybedeliveredtotheExhibitionHallwhenthestandisconstructedandready.However,inthecase ofhugemachinesandothersimilarexhibits,deliverymustbearrangedrightafterthefloormarkingascarpetswillbe laidonlywhenthemachineorsimilarexhibitsarebroughtinandplacedasdesiredbytheExhibitor. TheExhibitormustarrangeforanAuthorizedRepresentativetobepresentatthestandtoreceivetheexhibitsasthe Organizer is unable to accept delivery on his/her behalf, nor can the Organizer be held responsible for the subsequent safekeepingofsuchitems.MachinesorsimilarheavyexhibitsMUSTBEINPOSITIONonthefirstdayofthebuild-up period and not brought in at any time during the Exhibition period.

k. Removal of Exhibits LightexhibitsmayberemovedfromtheExhibitionHallaftertheofficialclosingtimeoftheExhibitiononthelastday, whileheavyexhibitsmayberemovedonthefollowingdayfrom10amto7pm.

WhiletheOrganizerwillmaintainsecuritysurveillanceatalltimes,Exhibitorsareremindedthatgoodswillbemostat riskatthistimeandthestandsshouldnotbedismantled.Allrenteditemsandequipmentshouldbecollectedbythe appropriate suppliers. Toavoidcongestionandtoensuresmoothclearanceatexitpoints,ALLExhibitorsandContractorsremovingexhibits, equipmentormaterials,arerequiredtofillinGATEPASSES(thatmustbeendorsedbytheOrganizer)tobehandedto theGateSecurityOfficer,beforeleavingtheExhibitionsite.GATEPASSEScanbeobtainedfromtheCustomerService Department located beside the entrance of Hall 2.

Emptypackagingmaterialswillnotbeallowedinsidethehallsanytimeduringtheexhibitionperiod. Theremovalchargesforemptypackagesincludingforklift,transportation,laboretc.canbeobtainedfromtheOfficial FreightForwarder.Theemptypackagescanbere-usedforre-packingofgoodsforre-shipment.Re-packingcharges withsameboxesandwithnewboxescanalsobeobtainedfromourOfficialFreightForwarder.

l. Storage TheOrganizerwillallocateastorageareawithintheExhibitionHallforExhibitiongoodsduringtheExhibitionperiod.

m. Manning Of Stand ThestandmustbefullystaffedandtheexhibitsdisplayedthroughouttheExhibitionhours.AllactivitiesoftheExhibitor andstaffmustbeconductedwithintheallocatedExhibitspace.

TheExhibitormaynotundertake,orcausetobeundertaken,anyactivitywhich,intheopinionoftheOrganizerislikely tocauseanyannoyancetoVisitorsandotherExhibitors. NoExhibitsareallowedtobebroughtinortakenoutfromthestandduringtheExhibitionhours.

n. Stand Cleaning TheOrganizerwillarrangeforthegeneralcleaningoftheExhibitionpremisesandstand,excludingexhibits. Allstandswillbecleanedtwicedaily-beforetheopeningandaftertheclosing.

o. Collection of Rented Furniture and Telecommunication Equipment Exhibitorsarerequestedtoensurethatnothingisleftinsidedrawersorcabinetswhenrentedfurnitureisreturnedtothe OfficialStandBuildingContractor.TheContractorwillcollecttherentedfurniturehalfanhouraftertheExhibition closes on the last day. Please refer to Form 1, 2, 3 and Form 7 for your requirements of additional furniture and telecommunication equipment.

p. Film and Audio Visual Demonstration Audio-Visual equipment may be brought in by the Exhibitor himself, or hired from the Official Stand Building Contractor. Please indicate your requirements in Form 3. AnextensivemediaandpublicitycampaignisplannedbytheOrganizerinconnectionwiththeevent. ExhibitorsarestronglyurgedtoassistinthiscampaignbypublicizingtheExhibitionintheirownbrochure, press releases and advertisements.

Press coverage will bemaintained during the Exhibition, to pass on information, news items and photographs to newspapersintheGulfRegion.ExhibitorsareinvitedtosupplysuitablepublicitymaterialsinArabicandEnglish (preferablynotexceeding200words)togetherwithphotographssuitablycaptionedfordisplayanddistribution.

a. Invitation Cards TheOrganizerwillsupplytheExhibitorswithInvitationcards,freeofcharge,formailingtotheirclients.Clientsmay complete the feedback form and return to the Organizer for pre-registration. AdmissiontotheExhibitionwillbeFREEtoalltradeandprofessionalvisitors.

18. WHAT EXHIBITORS SHOULD KNOW

1.Exhibitorsmustensurethatallgangwaysadjoiningthestandarenotblockedduringbuild-up andbreakdowntoadegreethatinhibitsthemovementofotherexhibitorsandfreight.

2. The Exhibitor is also responsible for ensuring that no product or display is placed in the aisle adjacent to his stand throughout the open hours of the Exhibition. The Organizer reserve the right torestricttheareaofscaffoldingorplantandlimitthetimesduringwhichitshallremaininthe halls or on the stand.

3.Nopartofthestandorexhibitsincludingfascia,signs,lighting,cornerpostsorotherfittings shallprojectintooroverhanganygangwayoradjacentstands,obscureanyfireorexitsigns,orbe suspendedfromtheroof.Additionally,anydisplayorotheritemsattachedmustnotprojectover the frontage of space taken by another Exhibitor.

4.Itisstrictlyprohibitedtoaffixnails,hooks,tacks,screws,adhesives,paintorsimilaritemstothe floor,walls,ceilingsorotherpartsofthepremises.Nocement,mortar,resinsoradhesivesmaybe applieddirectlytothehallfloors.

5.Audio-visualdisplays,amplifiers,videosandneonsignsmayonlybeusedwiththeOrganizerís priorwrittenconsent.Exhibitorsarerequestedtokeepnoiselevels,musicsystemvolumesetc. down.Volumelevelsshouldnotinterferewithnormalconversationonneighboringstands.

6.Exhibitorsarenotpermittedtopasteorotherwiseaffixorexhibitadvertisementsanywherein theExhibitionhallsexceptontheirownstands.Inaddition,Exhibitorsmaynotdistributehandbills, advertisements, photographs or other printed matter from the aisles and the outside areas of the Exhibition.

7.Exhibitorsarenotpermitted,andshallnotpermitothers,toconnectorotherwiseinterferewith theelectrical,gas,waterorotherfittingsofthehallandshallnotintroduceintooruseinthehalls anysupplementaryplantforthegenerationorsupplyofelectricityorforartificiallightingor generatingpower.

8.Exhibitorsprovidingtheirowndisplaysmustensurethatthesearecompletelyfinished including pre-mounting of samples, exhibits, lettering and photography before delivery to the Exhibition halls.

10.AllstandfittingcontractorsmustholdanappropriatePublicLiabilityInsurancepolicy.

11.Theuseofcellulosethinnersorotherflammablesolventsisprohibitedwithinthehalls,asis theuseofpaintsprayers.Noflammableliquidsorgases,fuelormineraloilsshallbebroughtinto thehallswithoutwrittenconsentfromtheOrganizers.Bottledgasesmayonlybeusedifapproved inadvance,andonlyonebottlewillbeallowedonastandatanytime.Bottlesmaynotbeexchanged whiletheExhibitionisopentothepublic.Sparebottlesmustbestoredinanapprovedlockablestore providedbythehallowners.

12.Displayandequipmentusingnakedflames,equipmentinvolvinganyriskoffireorequipment creatingfumes,exhaustorsmokemayonlybestagedwithpriorwrittenconsentfromtheOrganizers.

13.Welding,metalcutting,grindingandbrazingmayonlytakeplacewithinthehallsifwrittenconsent has been obtained in advance from the Organizers.

14.Noanimalsofanykindmaybebroughtintothehallsorincorporatedinon-standdisplays.

15.Machineryshown(atwork)shouldbesuitablyguardedtoensurethatmembersofthepublicare keptatasafedistance.Anyequipmentwithhotsurfacesshouldbeguardedandshoulddisplay noticeswarning“HOTSURFACE”.

16.Theuseofun-insulatedpolelowvoltagelightingsystemisprohibited.Electricalequipmentshallbe guardedtopreventaccidentalcontactwithlivemetal,movingparts,liveterminalsandaccidental short-circuiting.

17.Itisprohibitedtotakeelectricalsuppliesfromsocketslocatedinthehallwallsandfloors.

18. It is prohibited to display equipment of any kind incorporating radio-active materials.

19.AnyExhibitorproposingtoincludepyrotechnicsorlasersintheirdisplaymustsubmitdetails for approval at least one month prior to the event.

20.GasfilledballoonsmayonlybeusedonordistributedfromExhibitorsístandsprovidedthey areweightedtogiveneutralbuoyancyorareofrubberconstruction(asopposedtofoil)toensure limitedlife.Anydamagetotheair-handlingunitsintheHallscausedbyballoonswillbecharged directlytotheExhibitorsconcerned.Theseballoonsshouldnotinterferethefunctionandnetwork points or surveillance cameras.

21. Submissions for approval in any of the above should be made initially to the Organizers.
