Air masses

Air masses are huge blocks of air. They can be damp or dry, warm or cold, depending on where they came from and over what type of surface they have travelled.

TASK

On your map you need to add the following things.

A) If the air mass is hot or cold (write it in the arrow)

B) Draw the symbol of the weather type next to the air mass.

C) Draw appropriate clothing on the Mr Man for the air mass weather.

D) In your book explain the weather pattern for each direction of air mass.
