LeadingChangeModel provides a set of proven actionable practices for emerging & evolving leaders who want to challenge the status quo, make sense of and lead complex change and integrate a culture of transformative change.
Coaching services challenge and influence a shift in the mindset and behaviours of leaders and teams. We apply integrative coaching, needs-assessment, and learning platforms to support effective leadership and transformative change.
We combine one-to-one and team coaching with monthly webinars and onsite collaborative dialogues on Cultivating Gender Dynamic Workplace, Amplifying the Voice of Change and Leading Change with Innovation. Change leaders emerge to better handle unknowns, to see change as an opportunity for progress and to learn and thrive with agility and resilience.
Personal change happens when one of us, at any level, decides that what is going on around us is our responsibility, that the success of our life, organization, and world, is in our own hands.
Organizational transformation happens when we have the courage to make the invisible forces of change visible, working through the emotional processes of change.
