Bhaskar Das: Bhaskar is a seasoned HR professional with over two decades experience in strategic and operational HR in well established as well as green field organizations. He has been handling Leadership roles for over a decade and has guided many high performing managers in designing meaningful careers. As an independent Consultant from July ’10 onwards, he has been guiding several organizations in aligning their HR strategy with business goals and in Executive Coaching.
