PAYMENT. OPTIONS: Net 30 Terms are available with an approved credit application. Allow two to four weeks for processing new credit applications. Credit accounts are payable 30 days from invoice date. Pre-paid, COD, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express are also acceptable payment options and are recommended on first order for expeditious handling. Any unauthorized deductions or adjustments to invoices are prohibited. Past due invoices are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month (annual percentage rate of 18%) on the unpaid balance as of the invoice date. Reorders on delinquent accounts will not be processed until account balance is current. LAZART Production, Inc. reserves the right to change Net 30 terms to pre-pay or COD. Return check charge is $25.00.

DEFECTIVE. MERCHANDISE. CLAIMS: It is required that any product damage or short shipment be reported to LAZART within seven (7) business days following receipt of merchandise.IF. DAMAGE. OR. SHORT. SHIPMENTS. ARE. NOT. REPORTED.WITHIN.SEVEN.DAYS,.LAZART.WILL.NOT.ISSUE.CREDIT.OR.SEND.REPLACEMENTS.

RETURNS: A twenty-five (25) percent re-stocking fee is charged for all returns not due to damage or manufacturer’s error. A Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) must be issued by our Customer Service Department to receive credit. Refused shipments are returned to stock and the customer is responsible for outgoing and incoming freight expenses. Refused shipments may affect customer’s future payment options.

SUBSTITUTIONS: LAZART reserves the right to substitute similar finishes and products in the event that ordered merchandise is unavailable.

FREIGHT. PROGRAM: Merchandise ordered from LAZART Production, Inc. is shipped F.O.B. LAZART Production, Inc. warehouse.

METHOD. OF. SHIPMENTS: Shipments are sent the least expensive, not necessarily the fastest way. If you have a preferred carrier, please notify us and we will make every effort to follow your instructions.

FREIGHT. DAMAGE. CLAIMS: Our products are packed carefully, using standard approved methods. Merchandise is in undamaged condition when shipped. If transit damage occurs, do not refuse the shipment, since this causes unnecessary shipping expense and delay. Instead, promptly file your claim with the carrier for loss or damage.

VENUE: Any legal action based on this sale or the collection thereof shall be filed only in Cooke County, Texas which shall have exclusive venue.
