1 This should be addressed at thebeginning of a conversion project. Arequirements questionnaire will bedeveloped to identify practices,procedures and issues in order to

develop a better project plan forthe next country. Ana and Bill willwork on developing thequestionnaire with an expecteddelivery date of 07/10/08.
